This daily choice can be made with a nap or a sleep schedule and making sure to get at least your 7 to 8 hours of sleep !
Sleep and self-care goes hand in hand, and sleep deprivation causes an awful day full of frustration , exhaustion or even anger at times ! You are not a robot and you need to sleep , your body needs to rest to function fully the next day ! So , schedule your sleep and it will help you be more effective and healthy in the long run.
