A pillar of self-care that I didn't want to avoid assuming that you all perfectly knew how it worked was Hygiene !
Now that you've realised that self-care is your new reality , let' s start to do it honestly and properly for ourselves and it all starts by brushing our teeths and Yes 3 times a day , Taking a shower , Wearing clean clothes and cleaning after ourselves !
Then manners are also a form of self-care , and respect for our own values and others .So make sure to say please and thank you , to be on time and say Hi and Goodbye , these might seen elementary but they really make a difference in your overall attitude !
