So , I hope these tips will help you to prioritise your self-care and take the time for yourself , because not only do you deserve it but this decision will undoubtebly change your life and especially improve your well being .
It's not just about knowing them but also implementing them in your daily life and making the concious decision that from now on: things will be different as you will care and honor yourself daily .
