So far the day has been good I went to the Louvre. That was beautiful.

I'm now currently on my way to the Eiffel Tower. I walked up the hundreds of stairs till I reached the top and may I just say it was absolutely stunning you could see the whole of Paris. 'It's beautiful isn't it?'
I jumped and turned seeing a young man next to me. 'Yes it is monsieur' he looked at me and smiled. 'What is your name?' He asked 'why should I tell you?' He chuckled. 'Let's start at the beginning. I'm Monsieur Mark Slavince and I am the duke of Lyon.' I was shocked I never knew I was in the presence of someone more powerful than Raoul and next down from the king.
'Okay' I started nervously. 'My name is Clarice Jones, I'm a dancer at the Opera Populaire but originally from England.' He smiled down at me showing his perfect teeth.

After that we spent the rest of the day together. Me buying things for my friends. We where currently in the local market. On the end stall I noticed a locket that was seemingly familiar. 'Excuse me but where did you get this necklace?' I asked the woman who ran the stall. 'I got of a nurse in the hospital. She got it of a poor woman who died giving birth to twins.' She said
'Oh, what happened to the twins?'
'The boy was deformed and was taken in by the orphanage and named Erik Destler by the Catholic Church' Erik. No it can't be. 'And the girl, well, she just disappeared. No one knows where she went.'
'Who's the nurse?' I asked intrigued. 'Nurse Judith my best friend'
I smiled 'thank you, may I have this necklace?'
'Of course my child' she said.
I payed the money and went back to the duke.

We arrived back at the opera house late at night. 'Thank you for escorting me home'
'That's fine mademoiselle...'
He seemed to stop and hesitate for a minute. 'Can I court you Clary?' This day was full of surprises no one had ever asked to court me before let alone a duke. 'Yes of course' I smiled at him and he grinned back looking like a little boy.
'Goodnight Mark' I walked up to him and made a pure white rose appear from behind his ear and gave it to him with no thorns. Then I flounced up the stairs of the house and went inside grinning like a lunatic.
