I've get enemies, got a lotta enemies. Got a lot a people tryna drain me of my energy.

I was on my way to work listening to Drake. It's just another normal day, I woke up this morning and I got dressed, I ate breakfast and I drove my Jeep to work. I had my gun hoisted to my waist with my immaculately steamed dress jacket covering it. I greeted everyone as I normally did and I took the elevator up to the 9th floor. Candice came in with my coffee and her antics, I still ignored her. I opened the blinds and turn the AC on allowing the room to get chilly before closing the door and powering on my computer and laptop. I finally sat down and faced the glass panels that overlooked the city drinking my coffee, small thoughts rushed through my mind. Cindy was now recovering from surgery but she was still in the hospital for a few more days so they could monitor her. Mona was at her office, she had meetings scheduled today with clients interested in redecorating their office spaces and homes.

"Act normal," I repeated to myself.

I turned around to face my desk and got started on some work. A notification popped up on my screen and I read it before dismissing it. I got up, walking out of my office and took the elevator down to the fourth floor where the IT department was. Everything was in chaos, the computers were smoking and the fire alarm would surely go off in a minute. I walked up to the central switchboard and flipped the main switch terminating power to all stations.

"What happened here?" I sighed and ran my hand through my hair. Cam twisted up my hair for me, said I should give it a break from the heat yet still she straightened her hair.

"Coffee," the new recruit said.

"Who spilled coffee?" I folded my hands over my chest.

"I did," Jerome said. He started working here last month, was a little spoilt kid that wanted to prove to his parents that he could survive without their allowance money. I was all about self independence but he had to learn somehow.

"Jerome, do you know what happens to a computer when you spill coffee on it?" I asked and he shook his head no.

"Tell me how you managed to spill a whole cup of coffee into an All in One computer?" I asked still maintaining my calm.

"I tripped on the wires," he answered.

"Can someone tell me the fourth rule in this computer lab?" I asked.

"All wires must be tied together and tacked along the desks," I answered when no one else did.

"So how did Jerome trip on wires!?" I raised my voice a little.

"The keyboard and mouses are wireless, less cords. How did Jerome trip over wires? 25 marks for the person that answers." I said pushing my hands into my pants pockets.

"I had to switch the Cat 45 cable for that computer," the supervisor, Sandra, finally spoke up.

"Okay." I said.

"I didn't remember to gather them back together with the zip tie." She confessed.

"Oh? You didn't remember?" I turned to her tilting my head to the side.

"Well you just cost us 30 computers from that simple mistake," I gave a humorless smile. I took out my phone and begun typing away.

"Sandra and Jerome. You're both fired, please see the HR manager in ten minutes. Everyone else take the day off, this will not affect your hours for the day." I didn't look up from my phone as I said that, I just turned and walked out of the room.

"You can't do that!!! It was one simple mistake, please I have a household to maintain and kids to send to school, my 17 year old daughter just gave birth and she can't work to maintain the child as yet, please don't do this to me." Sandra said running up to me.
