CINDY's POV
We were now on our way to the location that Shane lead us to. Camille left me at the warehouse to stay with Tatianna, it was obvious she didn't want to be apart of this anymore but we're already in and there's no getting out now.
Shane was stupid to believe that I'd actually help her out, I still hated her for everything she has done and what she said just confirmed that the whole family is from looney town because my mom was diagnosed with schizophrenia and her mom had chronic bipolar disorder so I wasn't surprised that she was off her rockers. I just wasn't so sure what was wrong with me though.
I had gotten one of the suits, I chose the spandex because it just felt easier to move in. I had the shoulder pads and everything and I was feeling like I came from a movie, I was hyped as shit to start shooting. Too bad Cam's missing out. The hardest decision of my morning was deciding if I wanted a semi automatic assault rifle or if I wanted an automatic shotgun. Everything is military grade so I knew that they had the good shit. The only downfall to this mission was that they had to speak Spanish and mi español es rusty as shit.
"Remember the plan?" The guy I now knew as uncle Raheem asked me.
"Yeah," I guess I did.
"What's your operative name?" He asked me.
"Care Bear," I rolled my eyes.
"Can you please take this seriously?" He hissed his teeth.
"Fine, Ranger." I huffed. I hated it.
"How do you hate Ranger but like Care Bear?" He asked me.
"It was a joke," I shouted.
"If you say so, Care Bear." He laughed.
"Why couldn't I get something related to a snake like my girlfriend?" I whined.
"Becaaaaaause all new mans on the job get automatic operative names until you earn one but I think I know what ima start calling you," He chuckled.
"I'll work on getting that nickname," I made a silent promise to myself.
"For the one I'm thinking about, you wouldn't have to work too hard." He was still laughing at me.
We were currently parked outside of a field, the car I gave Shane was parked across from us and the door looked like a tornado shed or maybe an underground bunker. There were 7 of us in total and everyone was uniformly dressed and indistinguishable but I was going to make Shane know who was killing her. We filed out of the black van and stood in a small huddle running over the small details.
"Care Bear, your on me," Raheem said. He can't be serious with that name.
"Alright, whatever." I hissed my teeth.
The tech guy that knew the codes were ahead of us and they huddled around him on their knees looking for any threats. Once the door was opened we all ran through and wedged a board between the crease so that it wouldn't lock. We ran down the long iron stairs, everyone else was quiet except me. My boots were the only ones making noise and I wondered why they ever agreed to bring me in the first place, I was an obvious liability.
We split up down the corridors with me constantly following behind Raheem.
"Clear," I heard the first guy who I knew as Silver say through the comm.
"Clear," that was Simba.
"On me," Raheem said and stood up straight since we came across a door that needed a passcode access to get in.
When everyone came up behind us, I went to knock on the door. When no one came, I continued to knock until I heard a female voice shout out that they were coming.
