Hermione furrowed her brows and crossed the hallway, only to be met with a towering blonde Gryffindor witch. "You must be the new witch, we should so be friends!" her voice was high pitched, instantly filling anyone in conversation with her with annoyance. Hermione clapped her hands together and shook her head, "I don't do friends." She pushed through the girl and continued to her room. "Did you really just reject Annabelle Von Vandorf, the audacity."
Hermione stifled a laugh and crossed her arms over her chest, "I'm sorry but did you just refer to yourself in third person?" Amber crossed the threshold and pointed her wand to her. "Please don't do that, you have no idea how short of a temper I have, currently," Hermione said in an annoyed tone.
Amber began to speak however she was cut off by approaching footsteps. "I really didn't expect you to mess with yet another person, back away from the newbie." A tall Asian Gryffindor with piercing golden eyes and jet black hair shook his head in disappointment. Amber scoffed and stormed off in the distance, still fuming as she went. "Hello, my name is Kai Yasuno, I'm a Sixth year, I don't believe we've met."
Hermione smiled and nodded, "Hello I'm Hermione Gerard, a Sixth Year as well."
Kai put his arm around Hermione's shoulders and pointed towards the end of the threshold, "Well I should let you settle in first, please do feel free to come to me with any questions later." Hermione nodded and quickly made her way to her room. "The game is only beginning," Kai said as he turned around, twirling her time-turner in his fingers. Slowly he made his way to Amber who was sitting down on the chairs in the common room. "How peculiar, are you sure you've seen this before?" Kai said as he approached her. Amber nodded and instantly took the necklace from him "of course, it's my great-grandfathers time turner."
"excuse me Slytherin aren't allowed in this dorm-." Kai held his wand to the young Gryffindor who had approached them, "Tell anyone and I kill you."
