Hey guys so I've decided to have one chapter dedicated to each element. This will only apply for the first four chapters. The rest are elements. Any ways I hope you guys like it and if you have any questions about the bending or characters please don't be afraid to ask!Hermione sat in the small cell, her hair a frozen mess. The temperature in the cell was slowly lowering, which would eventually lead to her death. This was just one of the cruel forms used to execute prisoners, at the Malfoy Manor. As her breath met the subzero air, spurts of white clouds, like a dragon breathing out fire, escaped her mouth. Hermione Jean Granger had been trapped inside the cell for two hours, and yet it felt like centuries. She continued rubbing her hands together, desperately trying to gain warmth. Unfortunately it was no use, her internal temperature lowered slowly, causing her body to break down.
It had been two months since she had first been introduced to the horrors in this Manor. Every week she would be thrown into a new cell, with a worse torture method. All this was caused because Hermione refused to tell Bellatrix where Ron and Harry were. She shut her eyes and felt the lively fire in her heart slowly dissipate. Hermione prayed that one day she would be able to escape, but she knew she couldn't, because if she did they would find a way to kill her, and she had to live for Harry and Ron's sake.
Hermione opened her eyes and shook her head, stupid ideas started clouding her mind, like how she could get out of this cell. However, she knew none of these ideas would work, she had to be smart and resourceful. A flurry of other ideas began manifesting in her head. Every one of these plans had pros and cons attached to them. However, one plan stood out the most. This plan had many cons, it had billions of pros though.
Hermione shook her head, in an attempt to ignore these ideas. She slowly made her way to the corner of the room, rocking herself slowly into a trance. If she could ignore the pain, no matter how excruciating, she knew she could get through this, and save her friends. "Bellatrix you must not be so hasty!" Someone from outside the cell screamed. Hermiones eyes darkened with the thought that her torturer could walk in at any minute. "You can't kill her, she needs to tell us where they are!" The other voice said annoyed. Hermione heard a snicker and immediately knew that this belonged to Bellatrix. Her heart suddenly stopped, as it clicked into her mind, Bellatrix had finally realized that Hermione would die before she told where her friends were.
Suddenly the door to the subzero cell swung open. In sauntered the famous witch herself, she scanned the room for the Gryffindor heroine and smiled when her eyes finally landed upon her. Hermione was pressed against the cell wall, trying to put as much distance as possible between her and the psycho witch. "Darling Granger, I fear your time has come to an end, although I do fancy a nice torture, I've grown unfond of you, so I must call an end to this," the crazed with declared. Slowly she licked her lips and gripped the wand in her pocket. "Now what death would you prefer? A quick one? Or one that stretches on for days?" Hermione brought her knees closer to her chest and simply looked down at her lap. "Oh I know, that killing curse will work perfectly!"
She brought her wand up to Hermione and smiled brilliantly, showcasing how truly mad she was. The young Gryffindor witch shut her eyes and thought instead of her life, and all her friends, knowing she was doing what had to be done. "Avada-." The sound of a wand hitting the ground echoed throughout the cell, and suddenly it seemed much colder. The air around them carried the smell of blood.
Bellatrix looked at Hermione with a prideful gaze, "You can't trick me." Hermione flew from her spot at the back of the cell and tackled Bellatrix. "I will not be stopped by the likes of you!" she screamed out. The bushy haired witch looked down at her torturer and this is when Bellatrix knew her reign was over. Her once honey colored eyes were a deep blue, that in the dark seemed to mimic the bottoms of the ocean. Her calloused hand flew up into the air, immediately Bellatrix felt her body convulse. She looked down at her hands and noticed a crimson liquid leaving her finger tips. She attempted to reach for her wand, however it was no use. "You're a monster! You may be known as a hero, but you will never be able to save those whom you hold dear, for you are like us," she grimaced. Hermione withdrew her hand from the drained witch and watched as the blood dissipated into the air. The surrounding Death Eaters quickly entered the room, after hearing the commotion from across the corridor. Hermione looked at their eyes, plunging deep into their souls. The Death Eaters became weary of the witch they had once deemed weak. Abruptly they began pulling out their wands and pointing them at her. Hermione smirked, not letting their obvious threats phase her. Slowly she raised her hand into the air and a stream of Icicles fell from the ceiling, impaling all of them. Then as if on cue her eyes turned back to a bright honey color, she looked around the cell and immediately knew something was very wrong. She pressed her back to the cell walls and looked around with a fearful gaze in her eyes, what had just occurred to all these people, who did this to them? Taking her chances she ran outside of the cell, hoping to escape.
The hallways in Malfoy manor were illuminated with a green light, that screamed eerie. She ran, hopelessly trying to find a way out, but alas she couldn't find the exit. Her knees gave out from under her and soon enough she was on the ground crying. She would never be able to save those that she loved, and she knew this for a fact. "Oh dear, what do we have here?" Her head whipped up and soon she caught sight of a figure dressed in a golden cloak with other golden fabrics covering all of the figures body, with no skin in sight. "Who are you?" She asked hesitantly.
"Why, I am the key to your dreams," the figure held out a necklace to Hermione, and soon enough she recognized it, it was a time turner. "If you want to save your friends, you must use this!" The cloaked figure declared. Hermione looked at the time turner which was now in her hand, and at that moment she had zero doubts. Her fingers traced the time turners detailing. "In return for this chance to save your friends, I will call on you in the future to accomplish something for me." The figure outstretched their covered hand, Hermione wearily shook its hand. "Perfect," the figure snapped its fingers and instantly a fire erupted from behind it. "I fear we have company." Hermione quickly looked over the golden figure and noticed a familiar head of blonde hair. He was holding his mothers impaled body, his eyes shone pure anger and his voice shook when he said "I will never forgive you!"
Hermione furrowed her brows, "I didn't kill her!" Draco looked at her and scoffed, quickly the golden figure took the time turner from within Hermiones hands and clicked the button, then as the light from the time turner began to glow it shoved it back into her hands. Then as the golden light flashed they were both gone.
