Chapter 6

It was an ordinary Friday afternoon. One more class till the end of the school day. Cyrus and Tj were studying for a history test together, Buffy was making a family tree and Andi was making a necklace. Then without warning gunshots were heard throughout the school. Andi and Buffy looked at each other in panic. Tj and Cyrus hugged each other both of them were scared. The teacher closed the door and locked it. Everyone got down on the ground away from the windows and hide behind desks. Tj looked at Cyrus and said "I love you muffin." Cyrus looked at Tj with tears in his eyes and said "I love you too." Just then banning came from the door like someone was trying to break in and a voice called out "I know you're in there Tj!" Immediately Tj and Cyrus recognized the voice.. It was Tj's father. "But how.. we have a restraining order against him.." Cyrus said. Tj was shaking, he couldn't believe his father would do this just to get him back so he could send him to some camp. Cyrus saw that Tj was crying and said "babe, we will get through this together.." meanwhile outside Lizz was going crazy worrying about Cyrus and Tj. By now the cops are there with fire trucks and ambulances. All the parents are waiting to be reunited with their kids. Amber ran up to Cyrus's mother and said "It's my dad! He's the shooter!" Lizz ran over to the chief and told him she knew who was inside and that she knew the reason he was doing this. Amber also to the chief that her father recently kicked her out and that he told her that he was going to get Tj back one way or another.
