✮ Astro Boy x Chip Reader // Parasite

Astro had been feeling strange for days, he had been very tired, but he was always on full energy. It was like he was sick, but whenever he got checked up on. Nothing was wrong.

This all started around last week, Doctor Mini Mini was starting a new plan to rule the world, but it didn't work of course. The doctor was saying something about 'Robots will never need energy ever again' and 'With this chip, I will rule the world!' Of course, Astro had to stop him. But he hadn't exactly done anything to hurt anyone, he was just making threats. So when Astro went to face the mad Doctor, he had already prepared for the robot hero. There was a poorly put together robot that seemed like it was supposed to try and fight him. If it wasn't so broken down, maybe it would have been worth a fight, but it wasn't. Just a small punch sent it flying across the floor and made it shut down.

Once the mad man had been taken away, Astro went back to the crime scene to take a look at the poor robot that he had to beat up. Once he had stepped over to look at the thing, he gasped. It was still working, ever so slightly. But it looked horrible. It's metals had rusted from the inside out. Astro bent down to try and look at its face and that's when the grabbed onto Astro's arm. "Hello Astro Boy." It's voice was defiantly feminine but the design seemed to be masculine.

Astro gasped and got to have a good look at the robot with (E/C) glowing eyes and a deathly smile before it's eyes went cold and it stopped moving once again. Astro jerked his arm away.

"What the heck.." He brushed off the rust that got on his arm and stepped back. He stayed there for a minute to see if the robot moved, but it didn't. Weird.

Ever since then, Astro felt strange. It wasn't a bad strange.. though it wasn't exactly a good one either.

"Astro!" Kennedy knocked on the robots head. "Earth to Astro Boy?"

Astro was snapped out of his imagination when his hand shot up and grabbed Kennedy's wrist to stop him from knocking on his head. "A-Ah.. yeah I'm here sorry." Astro let go of his friends wrist in embarrassment.

"Uhm.." Kennedy pulled his hand away from Astro's and was about to say something else but then Astro spoke up.

"Listen guys. I'm not feeling too good. I think I'm going to head back home. I'll talk later when I'm better." Astro stepped back. "Cya." He waved and then flew out of their tree house.

"Do you think he's okay?" Kennedy asked, turning back to his three friends.

"Yeah, he's probably just worried about something." Alejo shrugged it off.

Once Astro had gotten home he had trouble with his rockets, they wouldn't turn off even when he tried to do it manually. "What the—" Then they turned off making him fall on the ground with a sudden 'thud' "Ow.." He got up from the ground, brushed himself off and then knocked on his door. No one answered so he just walked in and shut the door behind him. "Hello? Anyone home?" He asked aloud. "Guess not." He shrugged. Astro then heard some giggling. He smiled, I must have been Zoran. He was about to turn a corner to try and find her but then his little sister jumped out.

"Boo!" She yelled. Astro stumbled back, and as he did, his arm turned into a blaster without his doing. Zoran stepped back. "S-Sorry big bother!" She covered her eyes in fear.

"Eh??" Astro looked at his arm, then back down to Zoran, why was he suddenly glitching out?? "Sorry Zoran." He stepped to the side of his sister and ran up to his room.

Astro got to his room and went to the bathroom. He leaned on the sink and looked at himself in the mirror. "What is wrong with me?" He asked himself.
