The spooky season has ended and it was time for Hunk's favorite holiday. Thanksgiving. Hunk loved everything about it! Buying food, cooking food, and most importantly, eating food. This year was extra special because his family, Lance's family, Pidge's family, and Keith's family were all gathering at Keith's family barn for a big Thanksgiving get together. Hunk was practically counting the seconds until the day.

It was the day before Thanksgiving break and Hunk and his friends were talking about their favorite parts during lunch.

"I can't wait! This is gonna be an awesome Thanksgiving!" Lance exclaimed gleefully.

"I know right! Matt's really excited too," Pidge said happily.

"Good thing he's coming," Keith began, "Shiro and Adam will need a supervisor."

They all laughed at Keith's comment.

"True," Pidge agreed.

"Are those two married yet?" Lance asked.

"Nope, still engaged," Keith said.

"They're perfect for each other!" Hunk added happily. Keith smiled at him.

"I know, but they want to wait until after college," Keith replied. He picked up his fork and prodded at his red jello.

"Dude you need to eat," Lance told Keith. "Not play."

"Can't tell me what to do," Keith muttered as he continued to poke his jello. Lance just rolled his eyes.

"Children these days," Pidge said and shook her head in playful disappointment.

"Anyways," Lance announced to change the subject, which Hunk was slightly thankful since those three had a tendency to fight. "What's everyone's family bringing?"

"My mom is making homemade Gelato and I'm making the pumpkin pie," Pidge answered.

"Ooh! Yum! My mom is making tons of rolls and her famous Pulpeta," Lance said happily.

"We're doing the Turkey and stuffing as well as Fa'apapa," Hunk added with a smile.

"Keith, what are you bringing?" Lance asked.

"Mochi, green bean casserole, and cranberry sauce," Keith replied in a monotone voice.

"What is mochi?" Hunk asked curiously.

"It's a Japanese rice cake," Keith informed. "What's Fa'apapa?"

"It's a delicious coconut bread!" Hunk informed excitedly. Keith gave him a small smile and Hunk returned it.

"What's pulpeta Lance?" Hunk asked Lance curiously.

"It's basically a Cuban meatloaf, but trust me it's the greatest thing ever," Lance answered while fawning over the food.

"Sounds good!" Pidge said with a smile.

"I'm going to go dump my tray," Keith announced. The rest of them nodded and went to go dump their trays before the bell rang.

~Thanksgiving day~

"Hunk, sweetie? Could you get the turkey out of the oven? We need to start heading to your friend's barn!" Hunk's mom asked as she was getting his little brother and sister out the door to the car.

"Of course mom," Hunk replied sweetly and put his oven mitts on and grabbed the turkey out of the oven.

"Set it on the stove and I'll get the lid," his mom said as she walked through the opening to the kitchen. Hunk set his gloves down and walked out the way he came. She held up her had as he walked by and they high-fived each other. Hunk smiled to himself as he walked to his kid siblings who were sitting in the car.
