When I stepped into the kitchen Chaeyoung was rolling her wrist. I shook my head in amusement.

"You really shouldn't be doing chores Miss Roseanne."

I easily stole the cup from her hand and proceeded to scoop rice into the rice pot.

"Pardon the rudeness, but I really like trespassing into people's territories and businesses. And it looks like the kitchen is yours."

I glanced at the startled expression on her face, while I finished scooping up rice.

"Is that your way of saying you want to help?"

I laughed. Confused Chaeyoung is so cute, especially now with her hair in a messy bun.

"Maybe. So, what are we fixing? There's still a box full of chicken in the living room."

Washing rice is fun, but having to wipe the goshdarn pot is such a hassle. I lifted the pot by the rim, Pasta quickly whipped out a towel and wiped the pot.

Wow, I didn't even have to say anything.

"You're right, but I make it a habit to always have vegetables. Should we just sauté some leaves?"

After I was sure the rice cooker was cooking, I turned around to see Pasta with a thoughtful frown. My smirk grew wider.

Even on side dishes, she was overthinking. That reminds me of another plumped cheek baby.

For no other reason than on a whim, I called over to the other room.

"Jendeuk! No spicy foods today, aye?"

I grinned at Chaeyoung who was looking at me disapprovingly. Honestly, I didn't have to raise my voice so much, since the kitchen and the living room was just separated by a meter and a half wide wall, I could even see the ends of the couch through the two openings.

I didn't have to shout, I just wanted to. Startling Roseanne was just fun.

"Yah! You know I don't like spicy foods, Jisoo-unnie!"

Came the reply. Hmm. My little Mandeuk's voice is a bit squeaky. Was she scared that much? Or are Limario and her still stuck in an awkward atmosphere? I'm tempted to take a little peek, but... no.

Oh man, I've been flashing my teeth for awhile now, my cheeks are starting to hurt.

"Right! Sorry!"

I snickered. Chaeyoung lightly tapped my arm, or was that a smack? She was frowning at me.

"Stop teasing Jennie-unnie."

"Sorry, sorry. My sadistic side is acting up!"

I tried looking at Chaeyoung but all I could make out was her red hair and green shirt. This grinning thing has to stop, everything is a blur now.

"Unnie, are you still breathing? You've been cackling since we started playing the other game. I hope it's not because Jennie-unnie was crying."

Chaeyoung opened the fridge and got some stuff out. I couldn't be sure what they were because I was laughing so hard, no sound was coming out.

Oh dear Pasta, if you only knew. I've wanted to laugh ever since Lisa opened the door. I think my abs are as hard as rock, after holding back so much laughter.

"Well... it could be..."

I breathed out. Chaeyoung was going to wash the vegetables she took from the fridge, but I took over still wheezing.
