"I'm curious."
I added.

Chaeyoung's eyebrows furrowed.
"That depends, if you even decide to accept..."

I blinked.
"Oh. Don't worry about that, I'm with Jisoo, and I'm fine with exclusively dating Lisa, and if you're fine with it, exclusively dating you."

Chaeyoung's eyebrows shot up. I really like how she did her eyebrows.
"Come again."

I chuckled.
"I accept the uh...proposal? I'm not going anywhere. And just because I used the word 'dating' doesn't mean you're obligated to do anything sexual or even harbor romantic feelings if you don't wanna. You can have me as a friend, a lover, or whatever, I don't mind. Same goes to you, Lisaya."
I raised my voice a little bit, even though Lisa could hear just as easily as if she was in front of me. Jisoo made a low sound of amusement, and I had to stroke her head to keep her from distracting me.
"Anyways, how do you, or how would you see me, Rosie?"

Chaeyoung stared at me in disbelief.
"Jennie-unnie, are you serious?"

I nodded so much that I got dizzy.

"But you looked so unsure, and you were...so quiet. I also thought you wanted to leave, since you kept glancing at the door."
Chaeyoung's shoulders dropped.

I did? Fuck, I didn't even notice.

"Aw, Rosie, no. I wasn't thinking of leaving, I was just..."
I made a disgusted face at the floor.
"...Pissed."

A shiver ran down my back.
Damn it, those eyes!

"Would you tell us why?"
Lisa decided to come back to the living room, carrying a tray with a pitcher of water and four glasses.

God, that's a really serious face you got there, Manoban.
I huffed.
"It's complicated- more like I don't know how to say it."

Lisa set the tray down on the coffee table at the side. I could feel her gaze boring through me.

"Do you hate that I'm not giving you much of a choice?"
Lisa tried to keep her voice neutral, but I could hear the insecurity.

"What? No! Fuck, I understand how you feel. I mean, I'm a bit possessive too."
I massaged my forehead.
"So this honestly works for me."

A bit is an understatement. Shit, I'm probably going to be the most troublesome, but fuck as if I'm telling you two that!

"Why were you pissed then?"
Chaeyoung crossed her arms across her chest.
Aw. That's so cute, but I think I'm starting to annoy her.

"It's just, I was sorting things out. I'm not really good with temper control. I'm sorry if I was too quiet earlier."
I offered a small smile. Roseanne pursed her lips.
"You seemed calm though."

I massaged my neck. Oh, shit. Roseanne isn't going to let me off easy. I knew I wasn't supposed to piss her off. Damn it. Never again.

"I'm very vocal, Roseanne. I would've risked blowing up on you guys, one thing would lead to another, and- I just didn't want to risk picking a fight with you today of all days."
I pouted.
Chaeyoung narrowed her eyes at me. Come on, Rosie, fall for my sad puppy eyes!
I lost sight of Chaeyoung's face, when Lisa knelt in front of me, glass of water in hand.
"Keeping things in can be unhealthy. Don't hold back, Jennie."
Lisa looked up at me with innocent and pleading eyes.

What the hell? I feel as if I accidentally kicked a puppy, which makes no sense because Lisa is a dangerous predator. A lion? No. A leopard. Graceful, powerful, flexible, and lethally beautiful.

"Even if it's a selfish thought?"
I ask.

Lisa's eyes pierced right through me.
"Especially if you think it's selfish."
