♥ Chapter Eleven ♥

Abby rubbed her still flat stomach she couldn't believe it .

What was she going to do

Deciding it was time to tell someone she texted Luke

Abby I need you can you meet me at your place say like an hour

Luke Gail?

Abby Yea

Luke See you in an hour

Abby got dressed and stepped out of the small cabin wondering if she'd made a mistake

Her grandmother pulled into the driveway at that time stopping Abby's walk to her car

"I'm going to Boston have some things to take care of "

"Make sure you tell your young man about the baby"

"Gram how did you ...?"

"Simple I am an old wise woman and we can tell these things just go tell him "

"Grams "

"Abigail I do not want to hear it go tell him at least go see him I hate seeing you mope around "

Unsure why her Grams was becoming so pushy Abby got in her car pulling out onto the long stretch of road from the driveway

The ride to Boston wasn't overly long and Abby actually found herself smiling as she drove into the city she loved

About ten minutes later she pulled into Luke's driveway where she was greeted by a smiling Luke and Jon

Fuck

She'd just wanted to see Luke not thinking Jon would be home

"Gail!" they greeted in unison

Getting out of her car she was immediately enveloped in strong arms as both men embraced her at once.

"I needed to get away –"Abby began as she heard a car pull into the driveway behind hers

"J's here "Luke informed Jon

"Let me go talk to him and then you're going to tell me why you ran like a thief in the night "Jon told her sternly

"This was a bad idea maybe I should go "

"You'll do no such thing "Luke said sternly

Jordan pulled into his brothers driveway and put the car in park. "Who is that?" He thought to himself as he tried to get a better look. Jon tapped on his window. "Hey bro. Gail is here and you need to hear her out." Jon said calmly. "What?! Why should I listen to her excuses? She left me remember?" He asked as he started his car back up.

"Jordan you need to hear her out I think something is up not sure what but I can feel it .If you love her you'll hear her out little brother "

Jordan turned the car off. "I'll listen to her but you and Luke have to stay with me. It's hard enough seeing her and not being able to hold her or kiss her." He sighed as he got out of the car.

Jon stepped aside to let Jordan get out of his car "I'm right here J "

"Like I said something is up J she seems as upset as you are "

Jordan nodded

Luke kept his arm around Abby as the brothers walked toward them

Abby's heart stopped as she saw the man she loved walk toward her

"I gotta go I can't do this Luke "

"Just stay right here "

"Hey Luke. Hi Abby. How have you been? You look good." Jordan said with longing in his voice. All he could think about was wrapping her in his arms and never letting go.

Abby wanted to launch herself into Jordan's arms but held back

"Hey J "Luke replied nudging Abby to speak

"Abby here was just getting ready to tell me where she's been hiding "

Jordan looked at her with wondering eyes."Oh" was all he could muster.

"I uh well I got scared of feeling and you said the words and I don't ever hear that haven't ever heard that from anyone in my life not even my own parents I umm I didn't know how to react to it so I did what I do best I ran "

"You could have just told me it was too soon for those words. I still feel that way about you and it's okay to have those feelings and express them. What made you come back?" He asked as he fought the urge to hold her.

"I missed everyone and I need to umm I need to uhh to tell you something but I don't know how "Abby muttered nervously

Jon stepped back motioning to Luke to do the same something told him they needed privacy

Luke stepped back as well trying to still be there for Abby but knowing Jon was right

"Jordan I -I missed you "

"I missed you too Abby. What's going on? You can tell me anything." Jordan told her.

"I well you see I'm pregnant " Abby blurted

"Before you ask it's yours I haven't ...since we were together that last night "

Wait! You're what? Are you serious? I'm going to be a father?" He rambled his questions while trying to gather his thoughts.

Jon and Luke slipped into their apartment to give them the privacy they needed

"If you want the baby and me "Abby whispered nervously "It's early we can still ...."

"Of course I want you and our baby. Oh my God I'm so excited! I'm going to be a father."he said excitedly as he wrapped Abby in a hug.

"I'm not going to be a very good mother it's not like I had a good example growing up .I'm scared I can't do this alone "

"I'll be here every step of the way and you're going to be an amazing mother. You'll give our child all the love you have and I'll give all the love I have and it'll be perfect. Are you here to stay?" He asked.

Abby shrugged "Jordan do you still feel the same way ? Don't do this just for the sake of the baby "

"Abby I never stopped loving you. My feeling haven't changed at all" he reassured her.

'I j-just wanted to make sure b-because I well I lo- "Stopping herself Abby drew in a breath

Starting again Abby watched Jordan closely "I lo-.I love you "

Jordan kissed her passionately and deeply. "I love you so much Abs and I love you too" he said as he rubbed her belly.

Abby flung herself into Jordan's arms "I'm sorry for leaving and hurting you like that I just didn't know what else to do.So I just ran "Abby sobbed as her emotions became too much to bear "I've loved you since the first night we had sex I didn't want you to let go "

Jordan just held her tight and kissed her forehead. "We can get through anything together baby." He whispered in her ear

"You mean that ? I'm terrified and you're full of promises "

Abby snuggled closer feeling more content than she had in longer than she could remember if ever "

"I mean every word Abby"

"Why Jordan ? I left. You should hate me for leaving you that night . I almost didn't . I watched you sleep and wanted to crawl back in your arms but my mind wouldn't let me .I thought for sure it was just sex.You acted like we were a couple long before I wanted anything more then sex "

"You left to gather your thoughts. I can't be mad at you for that. I understand sweetheart." He said trying to calm her anxiety.

"My Grams told me to come fix things with you .I don't know if that's possible this is all new to me .I've never showed emotion to anyone. Can we go back to where we were before I ran ? "

"We can go back baby. We can be anything you want us to be and our baby can be anything they want to be"

"I want to be with you so bad J I've missed you so much but now I live in another state . But I need to be back here but they rented my apartment I don't know how to do this J"Abby rambled hoping she made sense
