They landed in Florida Sunday morning

"I think we should take a nap before anything else "Abby yawned

Jordan chuckled "Baby Knight making you sleepy my love ?"

"I think it's more of the having to get up at the crack of dawn for the flight "

"I think it's both "

"Probably "Abby admitted

"You're gonna love the hotel.It has a pool and a restaurant and is a few minutes from the beach "

"Sounds perfect "

Jordan opened the door to the rental car and waited for Abby to get in

After closing the passenger door he climbed into the driver's seat

They arrived at the hotel less than ten minutes later

Jordan rested his hand on her hip as he guided her inside

They checked in and were ushered to the honeymoon suite

The room was beautifully decorated with a nautical theme

The colors were calming and serene

"This is perfect "Jordan murmured

Abby nodded in agreement

"C'mon baby let's catch a nap and then see what we want to do after we have a little rest "

They curled up on the bed and Abby buried herself into Jordan's body

Jordan tightened his arms around her as he felt her body relax in sleep

The sun setting through the window woke Jordan

"Baby "he whispered in her ear

Abby barely stirred

"Abs "he murmured again

Abby stretched and snuggled her body closer

"Baby the sun is setting .We've been asleep for hours "

Abby rolled over smiling up at him until his words registered

"Wait .What ?We've slept for the last six hours or so ?"

Jordan nodded

"I'm so sorry I should have been up before this "

"Baby we obviously needed the rest it's fine we're on vacation "

"I just didn't want to sleep that long "

"Neither did I but we must have needed it .It's over and done with so let's get up and plan our evening .We have the next several days here so there's plenty of time to see what we want to see and do what we want to do "

"How about we start with a shower and then food ?"

"Room service or do you feel like going out ?"

"Let's go out "

They quickly showered and dressed before leaving the hotel room for dinner

They chose a local restaurant with excellent reviews for their meal

"This place is really cool "Abby remarked taking in the vintage furniture and photos on the wall

"They have a lot of great artists photos on the walls "Jordan replied pointing out a signed photo of the group Journey
