Tzeeru wakes us up before the sun even rises.

"As I told you before, this next stop is our last stop before we head back home. I expect to part ways with you in the next city, but if there's anything else you need, please feel free to ask." He tells me.

"Don't worry. This city isn't all too far from the castle, so I should be fine walking there with my friends." I tell him. "I really appreciate all you've done for us."

"You saved my life. It is the least I could do."

"You're wrong. It is you who saved me. If it weren't for you, I don't know if I could have gotten out of Asios. If you didn't let me board your ship, I don't know where I would be right now."

"Don't get too comfy. Vinill's forces are still looking for you and your friends, so you can't let your guard down. Hopefully your friend in Balazi will be able to help you."

I nod my head. "He seemed like he was a nice guy. Anyhow, even though this will likely be goodbye for some time, once I get my throne back, you guys are free to visit as often as you want."

"I might just take you up on that offer." He smiles.

"So where is your home, anyhow?" Heroth asks.

"We live in a large, unnamed island north of Balazi. The land technically belongs to Balazi, but it has attracted citizens from all over the world. My parents used to live in Kandan before getting in trouble with the law. They fled there, and lived a relatively peaceful existence until the day they died."

"Is there anything else we should know about Belazi before we get there?" Ysana asks.

"Yes. It is very strict against witches. Most countries are, but none more so than Balazi. If they even begin to suspect that you are a witch, then you will be hung. Recently, several young women were hung in their capital."

"Thanks for the warning." Ysana mutters.

"Don't worry. So long as you keep your magic secret, you should be good." Tzeeru promises.

"We will be staying at that city for a few days to stock up on supplies," Hailie tells us, "So if you want to get a few final moments with us, you will have that chance. Of course, we understand that you need to get to your friend as quickly as possible."

"Two or three more days couldn't possibly hurt." I shrug.

"Are you certain, my queen?" Brokk asks.

"Ysana should recover her magic by the time we get to the docks there. Everything should be fine."

"As you wish, my queen."

Tzeeru and his crew finish up loading a few more boxes onto the ship, and we sail off. Tzeeru wasn't originally planning on these boxes, but it seems that a trader in town just so happened to have some boxes she needed to head that way, so Tzeeru was happy to lend a hand.

A few days later, we arrive at the port city of Mordellun. Ysana confirms that her magic is recovered enough that we should be able to disguise ourselves for a few days in the city.

The first thing I notice as I step off the boat is a wanted flyer. It looks like Asios' army has already been here, and the reward on my head is over a hundred thousand gold pieces.

"If somebody found us out, they would be rich beyond their wildest dreams." Emma mutters.

Seriously... The combined reward for all of us is almost a half million gold pieces. That person's family would never need to work a day in their life.

Of course, that would mean that we would die, so I'm not willing to help make somebody super rich. Besides, after we get Ingrell's help, these bounties will be nullified.
