Chapter Five

Kara and Violet are sat in the cell, talking. 

Kara: But yeah, she's very pregnant. The child could come any day. 

Violet: That's really cute. 

Kara: Yeah, Alice is great. 

Kara: Wait, Violet. What if they find them?

Violet: I don't know. I really don't know. 

An alarm starts blaring loudly, followed by a man saying "He has escaped, he's somewhere in the compound."

Kara: Who's escaped?

Violet: I don't know, they bring anyone here. 

Kara: What if they brought Oliver here? It could be him?

Violet: It could be. 

Violet: The alarm should give us more time though before we're moved.

Kara: Right. 

Warren walks past the cell, gun in hand. He shouts to the other guards. 

Kara: Warren? is that you?

Warren looks around, he sees Kara and walks over. 

Warren: Kara? 

Kara: Warren, what are you doing here? 

Warren: I could ask you the same. 

Kara: I was brought here, Maxon took my friend. 

Warren: His name wouldn't happen to be Mitchell would it? 

Kara: Yeah why?

Warren: He just escaped, we're all looking for him. 

Kara: "We're"? 

Warren: No, it's not what it looks like. 

Kara: How could you work for him? 

Warren: I had no choice, Kara. You don't have any idea what I have had to do these years. 

Warren: I had to join up, It was the only way to stop them from killing Math. 

Kara: Math's still alive? 

Warren: Yeah, she's somewhere. 

Kara: Look, we need to get out of here. 

Warren: Kara, you can't. 

Warren: Like, they'll kill you if you're caught. 

Kara: Can you at least help us get out of this cage?

Warren: You won't like it. 

Warren: You need to seem like you've been hurt. 

Kara: Right okay. Easy. 

Warren: Do it quickly and I'll call over a guard. 

Kara: Oh and Warren, it's good to see you. 

Warren: You too. 

Warren runs off. Kara pulls the knife out from her sock.
