I looked down as a shirtless Matty, with nothing but a towel wrapped around his waist answered the door. As he caught on to my uncomfortable body language he hid behind the door, leaning over the side.
"Hey, uh...is Monica in here?" I asked, still looking down at my hands as I fiddled with them.
"Oh, yeah...yeah. Do you want to come in?" He asked, running his fingers through his dark, tousled locks.
"I'd rather her come out." I looked up at him as he chuckled.
"Alright," he turned around, "Mon, it's Jude."
Mon? They'd gotten so comfortable that he called her Mon? A smirk came across my face as I tried my hardest to rid of it. I couldn't believe it, they were strangers just last night and now he called her Mon. Clearly they'd had something going on last night, from the sight of him in nothing but a towel around his slim figure...as well as Monica making her way to the door in his black shirt, which swallowed her.
She smiled eagerly, closing the door behind her and pulling her hair up into a ponytail as it hung over her face.
"What's up?" She asked.
I rolled my eyes, leaning against the wall, "don't ask me what's up, what's up with you? Did you..." I observed her face, and the satisfaction upon it, "did you sleep with him? You look too happy."
She licked her lips slowly, her dimples coming into view as she grinned.
"Did you?" I asked.
She nodded before having a spazz attack, squealing and jumping around. I laughed and grabbed her hands, stopping her in mid motion, "shhh!" I looked around the empty hall.
"What about you and George?" She asked, "did you guys sleep in the same bed or what?"
I sighed, "that's what I need to talk to you about." I said, looking around once more, "we had sex--"
Her jaw dropped, with eyes wide, "you what?!"
"Monica you heard me--"
"I know, but doesn't he have a girlfriend and all that?" She asked.
I nodded, covering my face.
"What is he gonna do? Did he tell her? Is he gonna? Why did you do that?! Why would you do that? I mean, technically it's not all the way your fault I mean it takes two people to--"
"Monica! You're not helping." I said, "I dunno...I was really drunk and that's all I remember. I don't even remember how we got into bed all I remember is waking up beside him."
"Woah, woah, woah...that's all you remember? Was he that bad?" She asked, her jaw dropping even more.
"What?" I asked.
"I mean, I was drunk as hell last night and I still remember Matty's performance and I'm not talking about on stage--"
"Monica I don't really wanna know." I laughed, holding my head, "I remember, he wasn't bad."
"So he was alright?" She asked.
I thought for a moment, "...yeah...well, he was good. He was...I don't know."
Monica lowered her voice, moving closer to me, "Jude, don't tell me he was your first..." she said.
I shrugged slowly, nodding. The feeling of utter embarrassment crept through my body.
"Wow..." she said, clearly with a blown mind as she stared off into space.
I didn't feel comfortable with the topic, with reasons I couldn't express to her...or anyone. "Well, George brought up something about um..." I looked around as I could no longer think straight, "uh..." I searched for the words I meant to say which slipped my brain, "having to get out of here secretly...did Matty say anything like that to you?" I asked.
