As soon as I exit the courthouse cameras flash in my face while reporters who seem to know about Zayn start asking me bizarre questions. I tone them out immediately as Tony guides me into the car where Zayn waits for me. Apparently the media got news of my case and ever since then I've been bashed as a slut, gold digger, and my personal favorite, a cold hearted bitch.

Laurel's been extremely nice and supportive about everything. She seems to be kicking ass in court and shutting down all allegations against me. I guess Zayn picked the right person to defend me after all. It's not like I didn't expect any less from him anyway. After hard hours of prepping and nervousness, the jury finally reached a verdict today that I was in fact, not guilty. Parker tried desperately to prove otherwise, on the stand but he just ended up looking like an idiot because Zayn had his people at the precinct burn the file of evidence he had on me the night before. The whole thing was a stressful experience overall, but I'm glad it's finally over.

As soon as Zayn's driver takes off on the road I notice that we're not following the route that we usually take. I look over at him strangely.

"Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise." He smiles before pulling out a red satin blindfold. I raise a brow at him and he chuckles. "Relax, just trust me."

He reaches over and ties it over my eyes so I'm not able to see anything. The car soon enough comes to a stop, and Zayn carefully grabs my hand guiding me over the pavement and inside some sort of building.
I giggle when I almost trip but he catches me before I can.

"Almost there." He says. I hear the jingle of keys turning in a door before we enter. Once we're inside he stands behind me and unties the blindfold. Once I open my eyes I gasp at the luxurious full furnished penthouse that I'm standing in. The large windows showcase a breathtaking view of the city. It has everything I've ever imagined from the color of the couches to the carpeting along with the chandelier.

"Well? What do you think?" He asks eagerly with a smile on his face.

"Wow..." I say feeling utterly speechless. "This is beautiful." I say in awe as I walk around feeling everything. He pulls out a tiny box with a key inside and gives it to me.

"Now that we have no reason to hide out and there's no one threatening your life, I figured if you wanted to...we could call this place our home?" He asks hesitantly and I grin before squealing and jumping into his arms. I kiss him repeatedly and he laughs.

"Of course, yes yes yes!" I exclaim. "Everything is just as I imagined it. How did you know?"

"Davina might have helped me out with that a little." He smiles.

"You didn't have to." I wrap my arms around his neck.

"Of course I did. You deserve all of this, and more." He leans in and kisses me deeply. I kiss him back slowly running my hands through his hair. I moan as he hoists me up in his arms and I wrap my legs around his torso.

I pull away breathlessly and kiss up his neck before grazing my teeth against the side of his ear. "Why don't we go check out the master bedroom, the proper way." I whisper and he curses under his breath.

"I think that's a great idea." He grins.
