Chapter 1: Why you can't be mine?

Dani's POV

Hey peeps, as most of you already know, my full name is Danielle Nicole Cimorelli but everyone calls me Dani. I am 18 and I currently live with my parents, older sister and brothers in Nashville. Currently, I have black-red hair dye, unique green eyes, freckles, pale skin, full lips and I am quite tall for my age. And yeah, I am a famous singer and vlogger. I sing and make funny videos with my sisters Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Amy and Lauren in our band called Cimorelli. We named it after our surnames, for sure. But here is the thing that still keeps bothering me. I have this major crush on my older sister, Lauren but I am afraid that she doesn't feel the same way about me. Lauren and I are the closest ones from all of the sisters. We get on well with each other, even though we are completely different. She is the quiet one yet I am the loud one. I am the Jing to her Jang. Now, I am sitting here and thinking about her. Just thinking about Lauren drives me crazy.

"Hey Dan, why you seem so thoughtful?" Lauren entered the living room and sat behind the table.

"Oh, don't worry, nothing to worry about, Sugar." I answered her, not telling the truth that I was thinking about her.

"Good to know that. It also happens to me that I am thoughtful like for no reason, so I get that. Now, I gotta work on our new merch!"

"Okay, have fun with creating it! I am sure that you will make good ones! And if you need help, you can always count on me, Lo." Lauren started working and I couldn't help but started staring at her, hoping she wouldn't notice that. She looked so innocently cute when she was focused. 

Oh, Lauren, how come that you are already 20 and still single? Guys must be really blind if they don't see your pure beauty and amazing personality. You are so insanely beautiful, you are gorgeous and breathtaking. Those deep brown eyes in which I could get lost so easily. Those heart shaped lips I could kiss forever. Those rich long dyed hair, I could play with it happily. This perfect body I could touch anytime I would want. Oh, Lauren, what are you doing with me? I want you to be mine. I started my inner monologue.

"Dan, come here! Look what I just did! I bet you won't stop laughing as well when you see this!" Lauren started laughing and gosh, her laugh is like this perfect melody for my ears. For sure, Lauren was showing me how she roasts her fans everytime. I must say her roasts are always on point, very accurate and hilarious. What a roasting queen!

"Okay, Sugar that was impressive, again. Can I show you something funny as well?" When she nodded, I started typing Sugar and Spice show on YT.

"AH good old days. I miss this show, we should make another one soon! OMG look how cute we looked in this!" Lauren started smiling.

"Yeah we definitely should, our fans are craving for another chapter! But you know, you are even more beautiful when you smile." I winked at her and noticed that she blushed a little. Maybe she can like me back?

That night... Dani's dream...

Lauren's POV

Lauren, please say you have feelings for me too. I love you, please say I love you too. I woke up to some voices coming from Dani's room. I decided to check her out. I came to her room to see her speaking from her dream and rewinding quickly. I came closer to her and started caressing her beautiful hair. Soon, she woke up with crying.

"Shh, babygirl, don't cry. It was just a nightmare, nothing from it is real! Everything is ok and I am here with you now." I smiled at her.

"C-Can you please come closer to me and cuddle with me? Please, I am still scared but with you I will feel safe." Dani said with sleepy eyes.

"Sure Spice, everything to make you feel better." I wrapped my arms around her and she laid her head on my chest. Soon, Dani fell asleep again. I couldn't help but started staring at her adorable face. I wonder why she dreamed about me. Is there any possible chance that she could like me back?
