The Ink wasn't that bad this time. Things only started getting violent after Zeus came in. The only other interesting thing that happened was when Chaos decided t visit me in my dreams. Again.

I wouldn't have thought much about the Ink, but there was just one problem. I couldn't remember anything from when Zeus arrived. It was weird. One minute, I'm in the little box they left me in back in the Ink. The next minute, I'm being carried in Zeus' arms as he travels to Camp Half-Blood. Hazel was in his other arm.

I heard him boom something at Nico, but I was too exhausted to make out anything. The box really sapped my energy away. Nico was speed-talking his ass off, probably thinking of arguments to stop Zeus from smiting him.

At the end of Nico's arguments, Zeus dropped me to free one of his hands. He raised it, and a thunderbolt fell into his hands. It was a pure bolt of radiance, capped at both ends with celestial bronze. He pointed it at Nico and the electricity sped to the end.

He was actually going to smite him.

I gathered up the last of my strength, and just as the electricity bolted (no pun intended) off the point, I jumped in between Nico and the bolt. I slowed the bolt until it was moving at the same pace as a snail. I then sent a wave of inky darkness at the Master Bolt and cut it in half.

As soon as the two sides were detached from each other, both sides turned to steam and was sucked back into Zeus' body. Sure, he didn't have his Master Bolt anymore, but all the power was sent back into him.

His eyes were literally glowing, like Thor's did whenever he controlled lightning. The sky rumbled above us, and dark clouds rushed in.

Basically, saying that Zeus wanted my blood was a bit of an understatement.

I expected him to scream at me, or to try to smite me. Instead, his lower lip trembled and his eyes watered. His legs shook and he fell t is knees. He immediately started sobbing. "MY MASTER BOLT!" He wailed. "IT'S GONE! IT'S ALL GONE!" Rain started to fall now. A lot of rain.

He sat there crying for another ten minutes, until it looked like he couldn't cry anymore. He took a shaky breath and stood up. The rain stopped, but the clouds rumbled with thunder and lighting.

"You," he murmured, his voice deadly quiet. "you will pay."

"You know," I replied, unable to stop myself. "Thor took it a lot better when his lightning-holding-thingy was destroyed. You wanna know why he had a hammer in the first place? To control his powers. Maybe it's the same with you."

"My powers are completely under control." He growled. As soon as he finished the sentence, a stray thunderbolt flew out of the clouds and hit a tree, immediately obliterating it.

"Yeah. If your powers are under control now, I'm secretly Hera in disguise."

Zeus probably didn't appreciate the sarcasm. Before anything could get any worse, Dionysus stepped in. "My lord, the young girl is just disorientated after being in the Ink. Her brain isn't working as well as it should." He justified.

I opened my mouth to argue. I was not disorientated from being in the Ink, and my brain was working perfectly fine. Dionysus spoke in my mind. Don't say anything. I'm trying to stop Father from smiting you.

He couldn't smite me if he got the rest of the Big Three to help him. I spoke back. Dionysus' expression was hilarious. He shook his head slightly and regained the usual blank expression.

After a while, Zeus turned to me. "I have decided not to smite you. But mark my words, you annoy me again, and my face will be the last thing you'll ever see."

He flashed away before I could respond. "Real mature." I muttered. "Leaving to get the last word."

I then walked off towards the forest. I really needed some alone time to think over what Chaos had told me. Do not trust the Son of Zeus. The only Son of Zeus that was alive in the 21st Century was Jason Grace, and he's dead now. Who else is there?

I heard a twig snap behind me. I turned around, but there was no one there. I took stuffed my hand in my pocket, where my spare pin was. I could sense a demigod behind me, who was hiding behind a tree. His power was sharp and jittery, similar to Zeus, but weaker. This was probably the son of Zeus.

I pretended that I didn't notice anything, and carried on walking, deeper and deeper into the forest. The trees got thicker, their leaves making a canopy to block the sun.

I reached a clearing and suddenly stopped in the center. I heard another couple of twigs snap, also followed by the crunching of autumn leaves and the very obvious cursing.

"You're not doing a very good job of staying hidden, you know." I called, not bothering to look behind me.

I sensed him moving closer, but then again, the penguins in the South Pole could probably hear him. I sensed something new appearing. It's aura was like a deep humming sound. According to Chaos, things with that frequency were magical metals, like Celestial Bronze or Stygian Iron.

I heard him move closer, until he was only about a meter behind me. I willed my pin to become a pata, and pulled it out of m pocket while turning around to face him.

He had a horrible mop of black hair and hazel eyes hat glimmered in the little sun that was in the clearing. He was wearing a cocky smirk, and his two daggers were held out, pointing at me. He lunged at me, but I immediately disarmed him. His daggers lay buried to their hilts in the ground behind me.

His smirk broadened and he took a third weapon out from his back. I cursed silently. The daggers were probably a distraction. He was now holding a diamond sword, kind of like Percy's. It's point was dripping in fresh blood.

I heard a rumbling behind me. I glanced behind me. The two daggers turned into small automatons, both armed with the daggers. Both also came up to my knee.

"Three on one? That's not fair." I droned, a smirk playing over my lips. Zeus-Spawn Charged at me. I immediately sidestepped and lobbed off one of the automatons' head as she tried to slash at my ankle.  I sent a wave of darkness at the other one. It crumbled to dust soon afterwards.

The boy now had no back up. He was panicking slightly, his smirk looked more like a grimace. He ran at me again, and I tripped him up. He went crashing down, and scrambled back up, gasping. His eyes were watering slightly.

He glared at me. "This isn't over." He growled, his voice brittle. He sniffed, and a bolt of lightning hit him. When it retracted, he was gone.

I sighed and walked off, back towards the dense trees. As soon as I reached the first couple of trees, an icy hand clamped over my mouth. A knife rested against my throat and another hand kept my arms pinned to my sides. Only it wasn't a hand.

It was a tentacle.
