Sam's p.o.v
"R-Really?" I ask him. He nods. "She can't tell me what to do." He says, wiping my tears.
I smile and hug him tightly, making us fall backwards, onto my bed. We stop laughing and stare into each others eyes for a while. As I lean in, and our lips are about to touch, I hear- once again- my mom coming up the stairs. I roll my eyes and crawl off of Colby.
"What did I tell you? You should be on the couch right now" my mom says towards Colby.
Colby sits up and crosses his arms. "No."
"No?"My mom asks, angry.
"That's right. N O"
"You son of a -" my mom stops herself and heads towards the door. "Very well then."
She leaves, and me and Colby laugh.
"Do you still want to study?" I hear Colby ask.
I nod. "We have another test tomorrow"
He nods and grabs our books from our bags.
"Okay- so turn to page.."
I slightly block out his words as I stare at his lips.
I think I have feelings for my step-brother.
