Not Just Another

Sydney's POV

We leave the classroom and head to our dorm a little disappointed that we won't have all of our classes together. When we reach our rooms we look over to the boys. " Well, goodnight then." I say. Everyone mumbles a goodnight and we head inside. I climb up on my bed and lay face down, completely drained from the events of today. "Someone's sleepy." I hear Quinn say from beneath me. I look down at her."It's just that soooo much has happened today, it's a lot to take in." "I'm sure we'll adjust." Daniela says sleepily. Eventually we all fall into a deep sleep.

I'm the first to wake up that morning, giving me an all access pass to the bathroom. I take a shower, get dressed, brush my teeth, and wash my face. By the time I'm done both Daniela and Quinn are up. They go in one at a time and get ready for the day. Once we're all ready we walk out and knock on the boys door. Steven answers the door fully ready for a new day. "So, you're ready, how about Tommy?" Daniela asks. "He's finishing brushing his teeth. He'll be ready soon." So we wait for him.  After a while Tommy's finally ready. " Took you long enough." I say rolling my eyes. We all head down for breakfast hoping we don't run into that girl again.

We all got down there and got in line for food. We get our food and go to sit at the table we sat at for dinner yesterday. As we're walking over we notice a boy with whiteish blond hair already sitting there. We all glance at each other then take a seat at the table. The boy looks up at us confused. Eventually Quinn speaks. " Sooo, what's your name?" He stops eating and looks at all of us. " Umm, I'm Corbyn." He tells us. " Nice name." Daniela comments.

I begin pointing to everyone and introducing us. " I'm Sydney, that's Quinn, that's Daniela, that's Steven, and that's Tommy." " So when'd you guys get here?" Corbyn asked " We got here yesterday afternoon." Tommy tells him. " How about you?" " Just this morning." We all nodded and continued eating. One of the people who worked there came up to us as we were eating. " Here are your schedules." He said and gave each of us one then walked away. We immediately compared our schedules to see what classes we had together. Our first class of the day we all had together, including Corbyn. " Well at least we can start the day together." Quinn says.

"Classes will begin now" We hear someone say. " Well let's head to class." I say. We began walking when we notice Corbyn isn't with us. Steven turns around to face Corbyn who's still sitting. "Are you gonna go to class with us or what?" Steven says to him. He seems a little shocked that we wanted him to go with us, but he got up and joined us on our way to class.
