Chapter 17~ "Wait was I just... kidnaped?"

-Maddy-

I woke up with my mouth taped. I was in a small area. It felt like I was moving. I was in the trunk of a car. Wait was I just... kidnaped? I started freaking out kicking the car. My hands were tied, so I couldn't take the tape off my mouth to scream. A single tear escaped my eye.

The car came to a stop, and I heard someone get out of the car and close the door. The foot steeps made their way to the trunk. I heard keys jingling as light shinned through the dark trunk a man wearing glasses was visible. My kidnapper was my own father... "You thought you could get away from me. Now didn't you?" he asked. I started to squirm around as he picked me up bridal style. We were in front of an abandoned motel building. He made his was to one of the rooms and opened the door taking me inside. Once we were in he threw me on the bed and closed the door locking it.

We all ran back to the car climbing in. We drove back into town. "I hate to say this, but we have to tell Maddy's parents that she's missing," I said. Everyone agreed and we drove to Maddy's house. We all climbed out and made our way to the door. I went to knock, but the door slowly creaked open. We walked in. "Anyone here?" Nicole asked. No one answered. "Let's search the house?" Ashton suggested. I nodded and we started looking.

I saw no sign of Maddy's dad or mom. I heard Nicole scream. "What the hell?" Asthon asked as he ran to my side. "I think she's up stairs," I said. We ran up stairs and found Nicole. I walked in and saw what Nicole screamed at. It was... Maddy's mom she was... murdered. Ashton ran to Nicole's side and comforted her. I reached into my pocket and pulled out my phone. I dialed 9-1-1 while I starred at Maddy's mom. "Hello, it's 911 what's your emergency?" the operator asked. "Yes, um, we just found a dead woman she's been killed," I said slowly. "Okay, what's your location we'll get someone there as soon as possible," she said. I gave her the address and hung up.

"The cops should be here soon," I said looking at Ashton and Nicole who was still crying. I heard sirens in the distance. It was clear now that Maddy's dad killed her mom and he was the one who kidnapped Maddy. I'm gonna make sure what happened to Maddy's mom won't happen to her.
