Chapter 5~ "I have an idea!"

-Luke-

I couldn't believe my eyes. I looked down at my watch to see it was like midnight. I rubbed my eyes with my fists. When my vision came back it was Maddy I still saw. She was, of course, with Blake making out. I saw Maddy stand up and walk away from Blake, and I followed her. "What's Ms. GG doing out on a school night?" I asked. She turned around her hazel eyes met my blue ones. She narrowed her eyes.

"Don't call me that Hemmings," she said coldly. She walked towards me. "You know, Hemmings, you know nothing about me," she laughed, "Forget what you thought. 'Cause good girls are bad girls who haven't been caught. So just turn around and forget what you saw. 'Cause good girls are bad girls who haven't been caught." With that she turned around and went to Blake. I stood there for a sec my mouth ajar. Without hesitation I ran back to my house. I climbed up to my window and opened it. Once I was inside I called Calum.

Ring... ring... ring... ring. "Come on answer!" I said. "Hello?" said a sleepy Calum. "Calum!" I yelled. "Luke?" he said. "Can you come over?" I asked. "Luke, it's like one in the morning. Why do you want me to come over for?" Calum asked. "'Cause I have an idea for a new song, and I need you help to finish it," I explained.

"Can't we do it later?" Calum asked. "No! I might forget come on man!" I yelled. I heard him sigh, "Fine, I'll be over in five." I ended the call. I paced my room waiting for Calum. I heard a knock on my window. I ran to it and opened it. "Come on let's get this over with," he said as he climbed in.

I woke up, laying on my floor, to my alarm blaring. I sat up and looked around. I saw Calum spread out across my bed. I lightly shook him. "Come on, dude, time for school," I said. Calum slowly sat up. I threw him a pair of my jeans with one of my shirts. "You can wear that today," I said. He nodded as he stood up and went into the bathroom. When he was done I changed. "After school we all need to get together, and work on that song," I said coming out of the bathroom brushing my teeth. Calum nodded in agreement.
