"Faith," My mother knocked on the bathroom stall door. I was currently sitting all alone in the public restroom, the one the fans would use, crying my eyes out. They were all gone by now, which mean't it was the perfect private spot until my mother showed up. "Can we talk?" She asked me.

"No." I said in reply. She let out an aggravted sigh.

"Just open up the door," I noticed that her feet were still in front of the stall, which mean't that she wasn't going anywhere. "I need to talk to you about this."

"Mom, I just want to be left alone."

"Honey, I didn't allow you to go on a world tour to be caught up in drama like this. You can't be stressed, you have to focus on this career, also known as your dream." She tapped her foot, which mean't she was getting aggravted. "You need to talk about it to get it out of your system." I let out an aggravated sigh before finally standing up and opening up the stall door. My mother was standing there with her arms open wide ready for a hug. I walked straight into them and started to ball my eyes out into her silk, pink shirt.

"I j-just didn't know w-what to do." She rubbed my head while consoling me.

"I know."

"He started to hit me and I tried to fight back, but it just made things worse." I explained to her after calming down a bit. She let go of me before placing her hands firmly on my shoulders and looking into my eyes.

"Is this the first time he has ever done anything like this?" I bit my lip and looked down at the ground while being hesitant. "Faith if he has ever touched you like this before you have to tell me." I wiped a tear that was falling down my cheek before looking back up at my mom.

"He has hit me before and bruised my wrist by grabbing it too hard, but that was it."

"Was that while you were dating?" She asked me. I nodded my head in reply. "Why didn't you tell me about this?" I shrugged my shoulders up and down.

"Because nobody knew about our relationship and I wanted it to stay that way." I told her.

"Why did you keep it from everyone anyway?"

"Because I knew Mason wouldn't approve." I explained to her.

"It isn't up to Mason though," She sighed and locked eyes with me. "You can't let your brother control your life because he is 'protecting' you. You need to live it the way you want Faith." I smiled at my mom.

"Thank you." She let out a small laugh.

"Now," She crossed her arms. "Lets talk about that recent boyfriend of yours." I bit my lip and played with my fingers.

"Right, about that, I was going to tell you, but-" She cut me off.

"-If you're happy then I'm happy." A huge smile spread across my face.

"Really?" She nodded her head.

"Really."

"Thanks mom." She gave me a quick squeeze.

"Now," She put her hands on her hips and analyzed my body. "We have to get you back to the dressing room to let a doctor look at you." She bit her lip. "You're a little banged up." I sighed.

"Yeah I can feel it." She gave me a sympathetic smile before wrapping her arm around my shoulder and leading the way out.

"Nothing seems broken," The doctor that Paul called looked at the X-rays of my body. "Or sprained." He gave me an encouraging smile. "You're just badly bruised with some wounds that should heal in no time." He looked at my black eye. "Let me quickly make sure your eyes are working properly." He took out a mini flash light while telling me to fall the movement of his finger, which was pointed up into the air. He then shined the bright light into my eyes while moving it and his finger back and forth. "Your eyes seem to be dilating properly, which is a good sign." He wrote something down on a piece of paper. "I'm prescribing these pills to you to help with the pain and swelling." He handed me the note. "Bring it to your nearest pharmacy and they should order some."
