Majors pov

"Dad!" Ella shouted seeing him sitting on the couch. He looked devastated, his eyes had lost a certain spark to them but as soon as he saw Ella it was back and he rushed over to her and hugged her.

"Dad where's Bella?" She asked pretending to know nothing of what had just gone down earlier in the swan house hold. I have to say I'm a great admirer of her improvisation acting skills. I leaned on the frame of the front door with my arms folded just watching the scene before me unravel. I didn't normally like humans but Ella is the exception. I stared at my mate and how she moved and spoke. She's beautiful and she's ours.

"Listen I'm not sure what happened really, Bella just came in all upset and shouted at Edward to go away and she packed some of her things and just... left, she just left. Ella I don't know what I can do to fix this. I can't lose either of you again, I just got you back." Charlie said as he hugged Ella tightly. So tightly she winced slightly so I stepped in.

"Chief swan with your permission me and Ella are going to drive around and find Bella and we'll bring her back safely sir" I asked but noticed he stated hard at me and looked between me and Ella.

"And you're okay with this?" He said sighing turning his back to me and looked towards his daughter.
"Dad we have to get going, you have patrol tomorrow you need to stay here... Jasper will look after me and we'll find Bella I promise and everything will ho back to normal"

Charlie threw his hands in the air and sighed.
"Fine, fine... just make sure you're back by Monday your mother wouldn't want you missing any school, same for you Jasper I bet Dr Cullen wouldn't want you missing any school either" Charlie pointed at me and then hugged Ella again.

"Call me every half hour do you understand? If you don't I'll cone straight after both of you" Charlie said and Ella nodded.

"Alright, well me and Jasper are just gonna grab some of my things and we'll head off"

I followed her upstairs as we reached the familiar bedroom with the purple curtains and I grabbed a duffle bag and began throwing in some clothes from her wardrobe.
"We need to hurry I can smell his scent, he's close by" I stated as Ella grabbed something from her desk.

"What's that you've got?" I asked as she seemed to be holding it pretty tight.

"I've been meaning to give you this for ages, I just never felt like the time was right you know.
She held up my Texas Calvary badge that had been mine when I had been in the army, only she had made it into a necklace. I couldn't quite believe that a human would something so nice for a soulless vampire.

"Stop whatever you're thinking major, I did this because I love both sides of you... Yes I may have been married to Jasper in a past life but in this life I want to be married to every part of you and him... I want all of you no matter what you may think of yourself, I'm here to stay with you"

I dropped the bag I was holding and rushed towards Ella with my speed and agility. I took her face in my hands and pulled her lips to mine in a heated embrace. Her lips were slightly chapped but I didn't mind at all, I love this woman with every fiber of myself sadistic heart and nothing is going to change that. I could feel Jasper within me sighing in content and I smiled into the kiss.

"Ah" she moaned as I trailed kisses down her pulsing neck. I pulled away realising that we we're waisting time, as much as I wanted to continue I knew that we simply couldn't.

"We need to get going"

Ella's pov

We arrived at the Cullens house and saw Laurent was just leaving as we entered through the back way. Major growled and grabbed me gently by the waist.

"Why was that rouge here?" Major snarled at Carlisle. I stroked his arm that was around my waist to calm him down and he seemed to visibly relax at my touch cuddling his head against mine as a sign of affection. I've come to realise over the course of a few hours that the major has much more animalistic tendencies that Jasper does.

"What the hell? Since when do you two get along?" Emmet strolled over and started teasing us.
" Emmet I really would advise you against teasing major, not a good life choice" Carlisle laughed as he held Esme close to him.

"So what are We doing now?" Edward says as he puts down Bellas bag and holds her hand instead. I smile as the two glance at eachother shyly. Guess mine and jaspers relationship had been going pretty fast. It didn't look like these two had even kissed.

"So, we're going to go down to the garage Jasper you'll take the jeep with Alice, Alex, Bella and Ella"

We headed down to the garage where they started packing essentials as quick as they could. Which of course was pretty quick.

"Here Rosalie put this on, it'll make james follow the scent and lead him off bell and Ella's trail" Carlisle threw Bellas coat at her and she looked as though she could burst with anger.

"Why, why should I?" She asked angrily throwing the coat down.
"Because Bella and Ella are apart of this family now, we protect our family " Carlisle shoved the coat back into her arms and she huffed.

"Why can't I go with Bella?" Edward asked as Bella got in the truck. Major climbed into the back with me as Alex and Alice were in the front.
"Because james will be expecting that, he knows you'd never leave Bella and that's why you have to.

I laid my head on majors chest as it started to burn again. He sighed and checked the side of the door for the venom injections.
"Dontworry Carlisle packed enough to last a month" he stated pecking my forehead with his ice cold lips gently.

I closed my eyes and began to drift off to sleep feeling the artificial rise and fall of majors chest.
"Hey Ella how you fee-
Bella was cut off by the voice I could now make out as Jasper. Jasper had returned.

"She's okay I just think she needs to sleep it off" jaspers voice charmingly just above a whisper and I could tell Bella felt slightly weird. Twin telepathy lol.
"Where are we going?" I asked as the car finally started moving at a very quick pace.
"Just to a hotel first and then we'll work things out from there... don't you worry I promise I'll keep you safe"
