Avni reads the leter and its from police department....... she was shocked after reading it

Neil comes in and find her suspicious face without even noticing Navi being calling her the nth time Mama...............
Neil sat next to her and asked what happened and she realized Navi standing there with colouring book and made her sit on her lap and adored and appreciated her.....
And to note Navi is now 1 and half years old and her first birthday will also be in next chappy....
So guys any guesses what will be in the letter and why is she shocked to the core?????
