Chapter 16

I wake up next to Matt and smile while he looks over at me.

"Hey" I smile.

"Hey baby girl, how was your sleep?" he asked me.

"Pretty good, yours?" I say back.

"Goooood" he smiles.

We cuddle then I get a call. I turn behind me and unplug my phone from the charger and grab it off the bed side.

"Uh hello?" I laugh because it's Nikki and she's like 2 rooms away.

"Hey wanna go to the beach?" she asks upbeat.

"Yeah, you know you could've walked here right?" I say while Matt kisses my forehead.

"I didn't wanna see Matt naked." she says then laughs.

"Alright, Ill be at your room in like 5" I smile.

"Kk" she hangs up.

"Nikki right?" Matt says getting out of bed.

"Yeah she wants me to go to the beach" I say walking to my closet.

"That's nice, I do know all of us are going out for dinner tonight by the way babe" he says pulling his pants up of the ground.

"Okay" I pick out a bikini.

"Have fun today" he kisses me then leaves my room.

I put on my bikini and walk to the guest bedroom. I walk in and see Taylor laying in bed on his phone.

"Hey" I smile.

"Hey" he replies still looking at his phone.

"Hey girly" I say walking into the bathroom as she put her hair in a pony tail.

"Hey, cute suit" she says smiling.

"Thanks yours is too" I smile.

Nikki was wearing a pastel pink bikini top with a knot twisted in the middle, and the bottoms were plain pink with two straps on the side.

I was wearing a blue swing fringe top and my bottoms were floral printed with pink, blue, purple, and green. They were both from Victorias Secret.

We both got all of our stuff ready then left to go downstairs, all the guys were there for the dinner later and we said our goodbyes as Nikki drove us to the beach.

"It's so nice out" I smiled putting my towel in the sand.

"I know.. gotta get my tanning in" she says laying on her towel.

"Yeah me too. I look like cheese" I laugh.

"What does cheese look like?" Nikki laughs

"White, duh" I bend my neck forward and make a disgusted face holding my hand out.

"Oh" she laughs more

"I can't believe schools in like 2 weeks" I say laying down putting on tanning spray.

"I know. I hate all those idiots" Nikki says looking over at me.

"Ugh." I say annoyed.

After about tanning on our belly and back for 15 mins each we went into the water.

"So last night what happened?" I smirked at Nikki.

"What happened with YOU and MATT is the question" she points to me.

"I asked first" she laughs as a boy turns around in front of us and smiles at Nikki.

"Oh" I whisper to her and she smiles.

"Ugh. Whatever, and i don't really know" she laughed.

"How do you not know" I laugh.

We walk back to our towels as a beach ball flew in front of me and Nikki's feet and we look down.

Nikki picks it up and looks behind her, it's the boy from earlier.

"Oh sorry about that" He says walking up to her. I wish I had popcorn for this movie by now.

"It's ok" she smiles as I see him put his hand on hers to grab the ball. Nikki let's go and he walks away slowly.

We lay on our towels silently then when he's far enough we laugh hard.

"He's gotta thing for you" I smirk.

"He's ok" she laughs.

"Shit it's 6!" I say looking at my phone.

"Dinner party." Nikki pauses.

We quickly wrap up all our stuff and start walking back to the car. Out of no where a piece of paper falls by Nikki's feet. She picks it up.

Nikki smiles so I grab the paper and read it.

"OMG NIKKI" I laugh

"I know!" she smiles.

She looks to her right and waves at him then we leave to the car.

As we get back to my house we rush to change into some clothes, a tee shirt, shorts, and shoes. Nikki curls her hair and I do a side braid. We walk downstairs and say hi to everyone then we split up into 3 cars.

1st car - Shawn, Aaron, Jack and Jack, and Mahogany.

2nd car - Nikki, Taylor, Nash, and Nash's girlfriend; Tracy.

3rd car - Matt, Ellie, Hayes, Cameron, and lastly Carter.

I was sat next to Hayes and Matt so it was awkward and I just stayed on my phone the whole time. We pulled up to the place and we all walked in, I cut in so I was next to Nikki and Matt.

"I was next to Hayes in the car" I whispered to Nikki as we took our seat.

"Oh god" she whispers back.

We order food then eat.

-Fast forwardddddddd-

"Uno anyone?" Nash asks pulling out the cards.

"Sure" Aaron says

"I gotta go work on music, see y'all later" Shawn says as he leaves.

"I'm gunna go home I'm tired" Mahogany says as we take a fast selfie then she leaves.

The rest of us play Uno. We all get our 7 cards then start. The first card is a green 4.

Nash puts down a green reverse. It's then Carter's turn.

Carter puts down a Red 4.

Cameron puts down a red skip so Aaron got skipped.

Nikki then had to pick from the deck until she got a red or skip since she didn't have any. She put down a red 9.

I then put down a blue 9.

Jack G put down a blue reverse.

I put down a blue 2.

Nikki put down a Yellow 2.

Aaron then put down a wild card with +4 and picked red as he laughed and Cameron turned red as he picked up 4 cards.

We all had fun and played for a while until Jack J ended up winning, everyone went him and me and Matt went to my room. I got on shorts and a shirt and fell asleep with Matt.
