As Keith's eyes opened, he had the bitter feeling of being in the wrong room. As if it was on cue, walked in, his spine hunched, his eyes trailing the floor, Lance's head lifted ever so slightly.

Keith's misty blue eyes, and lances deep ocean eyes made contact. A sudden pang in the chest for both boys electrified both of there body's. In sync there body's heated up with an unfamiliar feeling. The two, still making eye contact, one on the bed and another stood hunched, didn't speak.

Quiet soon became, a head Aching  noise, crushing from the inside out, keith was the one to break the small silence, "hey" he spoke in soft calming voice that effortlessly flew out of his palen lips, the empty abyss suddenly got filled with empty words of heys and hellos. No one understood there friendship, no one understood the quiet staring of the two.

"Hey" lance replied, his soft pink lips made the word in the general atmosphere, everything was.. fine.

The two sat thee awkwardly staring at one and others sadness filled eyes, they continually stared until it became as if the world slowly melted away from each other. Lance couldn't take it anymore, he couldn't take the deathly silence, he tried to reply to Keith's hey with more, more then what was excepted but nothing came along.

Lances hands intertwined with each other, his teeth but down on his lip and eyes stayed on the floor. He knew what The mullet wearing boy really wanted to here, he knew that the word that contains 2 syllables was to be spoken, but they remained on the top of the Cuban boys tung.

"Lance?" Keith managed to put out in the solid atmosphere around them. Lances slim mouth curved into a small defeated smile, as if all of the pain of the past had cornered itself beyond the walls of the past saviour of the universe.

"Sorry" barely  an audible sound excepted the cuban damaged young adult. "I'm sorry for everything I've ever done to you" Keith's mouth curved into the same charming forgiving look of pity that lived beyond the walls of his crystallised eyes.

"It's okay"
"No. No it isn't, I made a promise to you, I said 'I wouldn't go getting myself killed' and I almost did" Lance looked back up, tears threatening to fall beyond the barrier that had put its self up. Everything that the tension filled room had built up was, finally falling apart. The sorrow filled room finally became the room of regret.

"Lance it's fine, I promise" Keith let out a small girlish giggle, that calmed Lances dejected veins. "Lance I need you to, I need you to, to." Keith's once girlish giggle evaporated into the air, and soon replaced by the voice cracking of pure and utter pain. "Lance, please don't leave me again." Not even a whisper left his mouth.

"I won't" with those small, nerve soothing words Lance allowed into the atmosphere was finally complete relaxation.
