(Y/n)'s Point of View

Stark kept me overnight, to make sure I was alright.

He even emailed my school and told them to excuse my absence because I was doing something for him.

Peter tried to stay with me, but Stark forced him to go to school.

When I woke up that Monday morning there was a doctor in my room checking something on the monitor hooked to me.

"Oh good, you're up," he said, "I need to make sure you can walk around. There's no rush but I need to see you walk for 20 minutes with no problem. Then I can clear you to go home. Whenever you're ready, call me in. Sound good?"

"Yes thank you" I replied.

The doctor looked at my chart that hung on the wall next to my bed.

"Now I have to ask you a few questions before It's just policy," he started, "What is your name?"

"Poppy."

"What year is it?"

"2018"

"Where are you?"

Avengers Tower I think"

"Alright. Follow my finger with your eyes but do not move your head."

The doctor waved his finger around and I followed with only my eyes.

"Very good." The doctor checked a few boxes on the last sheet of my chart.

"Now all you have to do is walk around. No rush. I'll be back in an hour to check in on you." The doctor left the room without another word.

I was left completely alone.

I unzipped a hidden pocket in my suit and pulled out my personal phone. Not my work phone.

I had 28 messages and 13 missed calls all from my mother.

"Crap" I muttered.

I texted my mom.

Long story that I'll explain later but I'm at the Avengers tower. I've been here the whole time.  The next phase is starting and Dad knows.

(Y/n) (L/n)! You had me worried sick! Never do that again... But what do you mean dad knows?

I told dad about the experiment. He knows he has a daughter. He's really excited about it. We're having dinner on Friday.

(Y/n)... Be careful and remember your mission.

I am I promise. It's all a part of gaining his trust.

I put my phone back into its pocket. I couldnt risk someone seeing my messages.

Then I thought about my mission.

I'm supposed to take down the Avengers. That was before I knew my dad didnt know about me.

I needed to rethink my motives.

Orginally it was pay back for abandoning us but... if he didnt know...

What am I thinking? I cant abandon this mission. We've risked too much.

It's too late to turn back.

I will destroy the Avengers.

And my Dad will watch as everything he has built crumbles in front of him.
