In my first class that day, a few of the jocks in the back of the room stared at me. They talked and laughed amongst themselves all throughout class.

I glanced back at them for only a moment. One of the blonds met my gaze.

"I wouldn't have pegged you for the type, (L/n)" he said. The other boys cackled.

I rolled my eyes and shrugged off the comment.

"What the hell does that mean?" I said under my breath.

The rest of the morning I'm my other classes, people whispered to eachother. They stared at me but didn't say anything.

I wasn't used to all the attacks but it didnt feel like good attention.

I sat at our table during lunch next to Peter.

I sighed deeply as I sat down.

"Rough morning?" Ned asked from across the table.

"No? I dont know. Everyone's been acting so strange today," I responded before I bit into my sandwich.

"I've never seen that shirt before. Is it new?" Peter asked.

I looked down at my shirt. "What? No. I borrowed this from Louis."

Just then Lucy slid into the seat in front of me. She was frantic.

"Please tell me the rumors are not true," She grabbed my wrist in desperation. I jumped a little at the sudden grip on my wrist.

"What? What rumors?" I asked. I looked from Lucy to Ned to Peter then back to Lucy.

Lucy looked at my shirt. She gasped and furrowed her eyebrows.

"Oh no they are true, aren't they..." she groaned.

"What are you talking about, Lucy?" I questioned.

"You know... that you and Louis..." she trailed off.

I raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"You and Louis... last night... you know...did the deed..." she said.

My eyes went wide. My heart sunk and my stomach dropped.

"What! No! We've been dating for only a few weeks! Holy hell! Who said that???"

"Well, I've heard it from a lot of people that you two did. I think because you're wearing his favorite shirt people made some conclusions. It also doesn't help you look like you used a mud puddle as a mirror today."

"Excuse me? We just fell asleep watching movies. Nothing like that happened!" I stated.

"I didnt think you did. You're a lot classier than that," Ned said.

I gave a weak smile. "Thanks, Ned."

I turned to Lucy. "But really it shouldn't matter if I did or not. Even if I did, that's Louis and I's choice. No one else should be talking about it or be rude."

"Hell yeah!" Peter said.

I leaned my head on Peter's shoulder.

"What am I going to do? I've been here for three months and I've already ruined my reputation."

"Lay low. Ignore the hate you're going to get," Lucy said.

Peter gave me a side hug. "Its okay. You'll get through this. Everyone will forget about it as soon as the next person does something stupid or illegal." He reassured.

"Thanks Peter."

Just then the bell rang and I slowly mad my way to my next class.

The rest of day, people were bolder and rude with their comments to me.

When I got home I laid on my bed. I drowned in my thoughts. It was a lot to process. I rolled to my right side and looked at a poppy growing on the windowsill.

Poppies are my favorite flower.

The one I was looking at was blooming largely. It was healthy as can be.

At least something was having a good day.
