Chapter Five

So im trying so hard to update more but I have school and lots of homework.

Stupid teacher.

I woke up and checked my phone. It was 11:30 already. I get out of bed and walk to my room. He was gone. He has got to stop doing that.

I feel arms wrap around my waist and I quickly turn around to see Crawford standing there. He towered over me.

"Aww you seemed disappointed that I wasn't in bed." he grins.

"No. I-I was just looking for something." I can feel my cheeks heat up.

"Yeah, me." He says smiling.

"No. I was simply walking into my room." I emphasize the my.

"So, what do you want do today?" He asks.

"I have plans." Honestly I'd rather stay with him and do nothing all day but I have to go out. I'm looking for paranormals so I can talk to them. I'm actually trying to communicate with them now. When I was younger I would run away in fear but now Im hoping to get over my fear. If im going to see them might as well talk to them.

"What are you doing today?" he asks.

"Just looking for paranormals." I answer a little too quickly.

"If you're looking for a paranormal to hook up with there is one right here." He smirks.

"I'm not going to hook up with anyone I'm simply getting over my fear." I pout.

"Well I'm going to my world so if you want, you could come" he shrugs.

"OH MY GOD! That would be amazing! You know how many people I could talk to there without getting judged by humans?" I can't believe it I have been deing to see what their world is like.

"Well I can take you but you can't talk to anyone. I'll tell you who you can talk to. Also you have to stay next to me. This isn't like your world. People there are dangerous and just want to hurt you." he says, his voice serious.

"Ok sure." I say. I'll do anything to go there.

After I take a shower and brush my teeth, I go downstairs and see Crawford waiting for me. "Ok Im ready" I say putting on my shoes. 

"Why do you take so long?" he complains.

 "Doesn't matter, I'm ready now, let's go" He steps in front of me and soon a door appears. My eyes go wide.

 "Ok. you have to be paranormal or with a paranormal to be able to walk across. And try not to look down." he says grabbing me by my waist and pulling me close to him.

We walk in and the door behind us closes. The hallway is dark except from the light that's coming from under us. Now I'm really tempted to look down. I slowly look down and regret it right away.  The floor is made of the thinnest glass and under it at the very bottom are flames. I look back up and get closer to Crawford. I see him smile from the corner of my eye.
