Chapter Six

I was freaking out. Especially because I'm terrified of heights. I couldn't wait to get to the other side. I closed my eyes and stayed near crawford walking as fast as I could.

When we reached the other side he opened a door and stepped out of the hall. I finally opened my eyes and looked around. I recognized this place. It was like a little village. It feels as if I've been here before. I just wasn't sure I could remember when or how I've come here before.

I look up at Crawford and he was looking at someone. I follow his gaze to where he was looking and I notice a small group of men standing by a building. They were just standing there looking our way.

"Come on we are going this way," Crawford says pulling me further away from the men.

"Where are we going? Who are they?. . .Can you stop pulling me!?!" I complain but he just keeps walking.

"Stop pulling me." I yell pulling my arm back and sit on the ground.

"I'm not moving until you tell me who those men are and why we are running away from them."

"Are you kidding me? You're acting like a child. Can you just come, I'll explain later." he says lifting me up from the ground.

I follow behind him. I don't even know where he is taking me. I should have known something was gonna go wrong. Why did I say I would come? It seemed fun at the time.

We reach a house and he quickly opens the door and when we are in he locks it.

Yeah this can't be good.

"What's going on?" I ask.

"I shouldn't have brought you here. I just didnt think he would be here. . .How did he get here?. . .Doesn't matter all I have to do is try and sneak you back." he says while walking back and forth. "Ugh, but now that he knows youre here he won't stop looking for you until he finds you"

"Who is he?" I ask. 

"I'll explain later right now let's just go do what you wanted to do so we can leave"

"But.... how? I mean there is a group of paranormal men that are looking for me. I just want to leave."

"HOW!?! I told you if I take you home he might be there and I won't be able to help you."

"I don't need help. I have had to deal with paranormals all my life so I'm pretty sure I can take care of myself."

"I'm positive you have never had to deal with anything nearly as dangerous as they are."

"What are they?"

"I can't say."

"Now is not the time to say that. So you won't tell me what you are, but can't you at least tell me what we are going against."

"We? You are not going against anyone. I will take care of this. This isn't your fight."

"It's not!?! I'm the one they're looking for. So I'm pretty sure this includes me."

He opens his mouth as if to say something but he quickly closes it again. We dont say anything for a while we simply stay there staring at each other. I have plenty to say to him but I stop myself. Yes, I realize that he is trying to protect me but I can at least help. I get it the guy is dangerous and yeah I don't know what I'm going against but if he told me I could be ready and know what to do. I can't protect myself if he finds me  because Crawford won't let me know anything about anyone.
He wont even tell me about himself.

"So you gonna say something?" he asks.
I just shake my head.
"Ok, then let's go I have something to do and I can't leave you here alone."
I shrug and walk behind him.

wow that took me a while to write. I wasnt sure if it was good or nah. haha im so lame✌.

so I have been writing a new story and it will be on wattpad soon

I love writing but im not sure im good ive seen how amazing other peoples stories are and I feels like I should stick to just reading other peoples stories.
