Part 10 ~ We need to stop

//OMG, i'm sorry, i haven't uploaded in like a week, two weeks? I just was out of inspiration, but i think i'm back. Xx\\

It was a Friday afternoon and Cole and Lili were on the couch at Lili's house, cuddling, again. They were both happy and Lili felt save. Then the door opened.

They both sat up next to each other.

"Cole, what are you doing here?" KJ asked.

"Waiting for you, wanted to game."

"Let's go upstairs," KJ said and they walked away.

Little did they know what kind of trouble this was going to make.

Now we're back in the present time. Lili is in her room studying and Cole is still gaming with KJ.

Cole needs to do something, he doesn't want to, but he needs to do it. So, when they're done gaming and Cole is going to leave, he stops by Lili her room.

He slowly walks in and looks into her beautiful eyes.

"Hey, can I sit down?" he asks.

She nods and he grabs a chair.

"We need to talk." He says stern.

"About what?"

"Us."

"Why?" she asks concerned.

"We need to stop."

"What do you mean?" she asks, she knows what he means, but she doesn't want to believe it.

"Our relation, it must stop." He talks like he doesn't care, but inside his hart is dying.

"W-Why?" she stutters, trying to hold back her tears.

"I loved being in this relationship, but KJ is my best friend, I've known him since I was two years old, I can't lose him. And if he would found it, he can hurt you, I don't want that, we almost got caught, again."

She looks at him with watery eyes and then he walks out. He whispers a little: "Sorry," to Lili, but also to himself.

Cole is home, his parents are in the living room, on the couch, in that 'we need to talk' position.

"Hey honey," His mom says, patting on the chair next to her.

"Hi Mom, what's up."

He comes to sit next to her

"Your dad and I, we were called, we can go to a job in Australia, it pays very well, but we need to leave immediately."

"We're moving, to Australia?" he yells.

"No, no, don't worry. Your dad and I will be there for a few moths, we don't know how many yet, and you'll be staying at the APA. I don't want to leave you here alone, so I called Keneti and he said it was fine."

Cole was shocked, he just broke up with Lili and now he's going to live in her house.

Great.

"Are you okay, sweetie?" His mom asks, shaking him out of his thoughts.

"Yes, when are you leaving?"

"Tomorrow morning, we'll drop you of at KJ and then go straight to the airport. So I'll suppose you'll start packing."

He nods and then walks upstairs.

In his room he gets a call from KJ. He answers.

"Yo." KJ says.

"Hey."

"Good news, right?"

Cole tries to see the good side of the situation, he can have parties, and he's going to live by his best friend.

"Yes! We can have so many parties in my house and I won't have to leave your house anymore, so we can game 24/7," he jokes.

He hears KJ laughing and then says that he needs to pack and that he's going to hang up.

He's surprised that he's handling the break up better then he thought, he isn't mad, doesn't want to drink and has energy.

But maybe it will come later.

Lili on the other hand isn't that happy, she had been crying in her room since Cole left, until she was called to come downstairs.

Everybody was at the sitting at the table; well one sport was empty, because Chloe had left for college. And then, when it was quiet, the big announcement came.

"Cole his mother called me and asked if Cole could stay with us for some time and we agreed, since I know Cole since he was very young," Keneti said.

"Yes!" KJ screamed.

Lili felt like she was stabbed. Why, why now?

"When will he come?" Tess asked.

"Tomorrow morning, his parents will drop of," her mom told her.

When the details were told Lili quickly ran upstairs to process everything; Cole was going to stay in the guest room, the room next to her. She was going to see him everyday, at breakfast, dinner, maybe he'll be knocking on the door when he thinks she too long in the bathroom, like KJ does.

She feels like crying again, so that's what she does, she isn't hungry, so doesn't come to dinner and then slowly cries herself to sleep....

In the middle of the night she wakes up, out of nowhere, no nightmare, she didn't need to pee, no sounds, she just suddenly sat up.

She needs 5 seconds to come to reality and then realizes everything from the day before.

She lays back on her back, but she doesn't fall asleep again. She grabs her phone and googles; reasons why you can't sleep

It's way to late to read so she goes to pictures, where she gets this quote.

If you can't sleep at night that means you're awake in someone's dream....

"Bullshit," she says and throws her phone to her feet end and lays down again.

It's 5 A.M. and she just can't sleep, so she's awake, until around 8 she hears the bell.

That must be Cole.

After a minute the bell rings again, nobody is opening, everybody is asleep.

Lili grabs a sweater and walks downstairs, opening the door with a bored, sleepy face.

She opens the door and sees Cole; standing with huge bags and his parents next to him.

Lili feels the cold air on her legs and quickly walks inside again.

"Everybody is still asleep, I can wake them up," She says

"No need, I'll call them later, let them sleep," his mom says.

Cole says goodbye to his parents and then they leave.

They leave Cole and Lili in the living room, together...
