B POV
We get out to the parking lot. "Serpent Queen. There you are." he grins. "You're breaking the deal Malachi. You know what happens when you break the deal." I say. "I have a perfect explanation. Penny. She said that she is coming for your head and she is carving your tattoo off." he says and my blood boils. "You can tell my mother that if she's coming, she better hurry up and do it. I'm tired of the empty threats." I growl and his face goes white. "She's your mother?" he asks. "Yes. Isn't that what I just said?" I say. "That makes you ghoulie royalty. She technically can't kill you. If she tried the ghoulies will kill her." he says and my eyes widen. "Well. Scurry back and give her my message." I say. He nods and hops on his bike, driving quickly. I look back at Fp. "I'm ghoulie royalty?" I ask, eyes wide. "I guess she is the ghoulie Queen." he says. "No. I can't, no." I say shaking my head, "no. My family is the serpents. Not the ghoulies." I feel tears in my eyes. Jughead wraps his arms around me. "I can't be a ghoulie." I whisper. "Shhhhh. It's ok love. It's ok. Calm down baby." he whispers. I take some deep breath and collapse against him. "It's ok." he whispers repeatedly. "Can we go home?" I say hoarsely. "Yea. Go get in the car. I'll be there in a second." he says. I nod and slowly walk to the car, Scarlett wrapped around me.

J POV
"What does this mean? Can she even be both?" I ask. "We are rival gangs. Maybe this could work in our favor." he says. "How?" I ask. "If we combine the gangs, it would be better." he says. "I don't understand." I say. "Some of the serpents do drug runs. If we combine the gangs, it will be the ghoulies who do the drug runs and not the serpents. The serpents are a family, and I don't want any of them in jail because of drugs." he says and I nod. "I need to get them home." I say and head for the car. I drive home and Scarlett heads to her room, and Betty clings to me as we walk to ours. "You're ok love." I say. "It's just. Hard to process." she says quietly. "I know. How about you rest on it, and we go to the bar tomorrow." I say and she nods. She sits on the bed, and I help her into one of my shirts. I kiss her head and get in next to her. "Good night Juggie." she whispers. "Good night love." I say and kiss her head. She tucked herself tightly into my side.

S POV
It's finally Saturday and my BIRTHDAY!!!! I run to mom and dads room and they were still asleep. I jump on dad, and his eyes shot open. "Go back to sleep." he groans. "No. I can't sleep on my birthday!" I exclaim. "Too bad. We aren't going anywhere until your mom gets up." he says. "Fine." I grumble. He chuckle as I get up. "Munchkin." I hear moms voice. "Yes?" I ask sweetly, turning back around. "Happy birthday." she says. "Thank you." I grin and hug her. "After we eat we will leave." she says. "We'll get up so we can eat." I exclaim. "In a minute." she says. "No. Now." I whine. "Ok. Give me a minute to wake up." she says and I squeal. She chuckles and sits up. I hug her tightly. Dad gets up and heads to the closet. "Ok. Let me up." she says. I release her and help her stand.

J POV
I made breakfast, and Betty barely ate. I touch her hand and she looks up at me. "I'm not hungry." she pushes the plate forward and stands. She heads to our room and I sigh. "What happened to mom?" Scarlett asks. "She's upset about the ghoulies. They are our rival gang who we banished from Riverdale a long time ago." I say. "Who is Penny?" she asks. "Penny Peabody. She is apparently he ghoulie queen." I say. "What does that have to do with mom?" she asks. "Penny is your moms mother." I say. "What about Alice and Hal?" she asks, eyes wide. "They are her aunt and uncle." I say and she nods, "Go get ready."

B POV
Jughead came in the room as I pulled my shorts up. I took my shirt off and put a hoodie on. He wraps his arms around me from behind. I take in a shaky breath. "Betts." he says. "Juggie." I whisper. He kisses my shoulder, and up my neck. "You're ok." he whispers in my ear. "We should head to the bar." I whisper. "Get some shoes on. I will get Scarlett in the car." he kisses my cheek and releases me. I turn and cup his face. I kiss his lips softly, and he grabs my hips, pulling me closer. "I love you." I gasp. "I love you too." he says. We break and I slip some shoes on. We get in the car, and drive to the bar.

S POV
"What are we doing at the bar?" I ask. They look back at me and grin. "Head inside and find out." Dad says. I hop out of the car, and run inside. "SURPRISE!" they yell. I laugh and cover my mouth. Grandpa walks up to me and hugs me. "Happy birthday." he says. "Thank you." I grin up at him. Mom and dad walk in, and pull me to the stage. Dad started speaking and then asked me my decision on the serpents. "Is that even a question? I am joining." I say, making them all chuckle. Mom grabs my hand and we go down to the parlor. "Have you picked out a tattoo?" she asks. "I actually designed one." I grin at her. She raised her eyebrow and I showed her my design. "Where do you want it?" she asks. "Can I get it on my shoulder blade?" I ask. "Ok." she says. I watch her as she lays the chair flat, and gets everything ready. "Lay on there and try not to move." she says.

J POV
Betty came back up from the parlor with Scarlett behind her, grinning. "Well. Let me see." I say. She turns around and I see her design on her shoulder. I smile and she turns back around. "It looks really good munchkin." I say. "Mom did a really good job." she says. "It's gonna be sore for a little while." Betty says. "I know. I'm ready for the challenge." she says. "I bet you are bossy bits." I say. "Are you ready for cake?" Betty asks. "Yea." she says. I set her on the bar and JB brought the cake out. We sing happy birthday, and she blows out the candles. We each get a slice of cake, and everyone was laughing.
