Damien was driving with Pumpkin sleeping. The other two was still awake. It was 10 AM and that meant that Damien was going to go clue hunting. As they planned and planned, Damien remembered an old enemy of his that knew his history. Damien smirked, knowing that this person can't keep their mouth shut for nothing. "Francis's house is up ahead." Alana tells Damien, who wondered how she knew.

"Francis is a well-known criminal." Alana tells Damien, who acquired why she knows so much. "Daddy has told me a lot about criminals." She answered honestly.

"Because you're a criminal?" Damien asked. He really wanted to know why she was so interested in the business of the criminal world. She never answered, which caused to Damien to stop the car to gaze at the young girl. "Who are you? Now that I'm actually looking at you, you look familiar." Damien tells Alana.

"You watch the news, I presume." Alana gave him that only clue and Roger glares at Damien.

"What? Can I not be curious?! All of us are criminals except for her!" Damien motioned to Pumpkin. Roger's glare softened and he sighed.

"You're right. What if we get caught?" He asked. Damien chuckled.

"We won't. The police are crooked themselves. The least that would happen is that they chase us to kill us." Damien tells Roger.

"That's oddly reassuring." Roger mused. Damien smirked at Roger's flat response.

Damien continued the to Francis's house and when they had finally arrived, Damien's hard gaze went to the man standing outside. "He wouldn't be expecting us." Alana tells the older men.

"She's right." Roger tells Damien and Damien sighed, trying to figure out a plan.

Because he couldn't figure out a plan, Damien just stared determinedly at the two criminals. "We just go all in, then." He says, shocking the two of them.

"You want to wing it?" Roger was shocked at his sometimes friend and mostly boss.

"Yeah, I can't think of anything at the moment." Damien tells Roger. Roger ran a hand through his hair.

"Okay, this is risky." He says, making Alana look at him with a glare.

"You knew what you were getting into when you agreed." She told him, spitefully. Roger sighed sadly.

"You're right. Then, let's not die when we do this." Roger tells the other two. Alana rolled her eyes.

"We won't. We're too smart." Alana tells Roger.

Damien didn't butt into their conversation. He knew that they were going to die anyway.

They got out of the car and they aimed their guns at their surroundings. Damien inched forward first and he gazed at both Roger and Alana. "What are you doing on my land, Jaxis?" A rough voice that Damien knew that didn't belong to Francis rang out. Damien didn't recognize the voice.

"You're not Francis! Where's Francis?" Damien demanded the voice. The figure was hiding in the shadows of the house.

"Francis is dead." The figure answered curtly. "And, you will join him soon, Jaxis." The figure tells Damien. Damien cursed when he realized that the only lead that he had was gone now.

"Whatever lead you were following seems to have been long gone before that new person showed up." Alana tells Damien, who aimed his pistol at her.

For an unlikely child, Alana didn't flinch when the butt of the gun was pointed at her in her face. "You know too much. What are you?!" Damien asked Alana.

"You're surprisingly stupid. I'm Zara Ursuline, though I go by Alana." Zara tells Damien, who was deeply shocked by this new information.

"You were the one who got arrested recently. How are you out?" He asked.

"Daddy got me out, promising the judge that I will be good." Zara tells Damien.

"Now, do you see Damien? Alana is indestructible as a criminal. She can't fit in with other teenagers. She's too different." Roger tells Damien.

When Damien looked closer, Zara had a scar over her right eye. That's from a knife fight! How wild is this child? He wondered. He really wondered where Zara had really came from to be such a violent criminal at her young age. "More importantly, the lead I had is now useless!" Damien shouted at Roger, who looked alarmed at Damien's angry voice.

"Don't worry, man. I'm sure whoever this just want a private standoff between the two of you." Roger tells Damien. Damien snorted.

"That's exactly what it is. This person doesn't want me caught by the police, they want me dead." Damien confesses to Roger.

"And, yet, you have no clue who it could be." Roger says, clinching his fists. He wondered what exactly did his boss do to anger someone to the point where they would want to kill him.

But, his brain was nagging at him for him to understand the truth. Despite Roger's total obedience to Damien, he knew that his luck would soon run out.

He was just waiting for the perfect moment to reveal his plan.
