🌻 Far ahead 🌻

Hard and long is the way of the future,
Each moment we'll pass through,
And we'll enjoy it, no matter what it forms into.

Let there be wind or rain or snow,
We take each other by the hand,
No flood, no hurricane can sweep us off the land.

Obstacles will come and go,
We've known for long trouble is inescapable,
But we won't desist, together we're unshakable.

We'll be guarded by the Lord,
Failure is not an option as demons we'll fight,
As long as I'll live, I'll stay forever by your side.

You'll lead, I'll follow, and than we swap,
We'll be partners for life, through good and the bad,
And in worse times one request I'll only have:

Take my hand, lead me through a meadow of bloom,
Take my hand, love me and don't feel regret!
