Seriously though, they had children, I thought they were born to destroy each other, but I suppose not. Ugh, Ozpin's past was just a roller coaster for me, I couldn't help but die inside (Did I mention my weakness for tortured immortals?)
Anyway, we all know what happened and there was just a lot to digest.

Personally though, I have nothing but remorse for Salem as a character because her selfishness caused the death of World Numero Uno. And she never placed the blame on herself.
(Imagine all those poor sads who hadn't gotten the chance to love, because Salem's too selfish to let go of her own)

Overall, they don't love each other anymore, but maybe, just maybe there's the tiniest, slightest possibility that they both love each other, but Salem is keeping it deep, DEEP DEEEP so very deep---inside (while Ozma's probably given up on her after she killed him too many times)
I mean come on, one world ago, she was fighting it all for Ozma, and the next, she gives him up like all her efforts for reviving him didn't cost anything (maybe she got sick of the married life ʘ‿ʘ)

On the other hand, unless the speculations are true that the only way to defeat her is by reminding her about the value of life, maybe she'd regret how she turned away from her 'true intentions' of being with her husband again.
Overall, I am conflicted with the ship because I can't bring myself to understand Salem's crimes.

Although I respect her previous efforts to revive him...I mean it's okay to be happy, but happiness must not be paid at the cost at the expense of others. I find this selfishness intolerable for personal reasons.
Anyway, it's up to you whether you ship it, it's too tragic and angsty for me.
