The fight scene was totally refreshing here, like damnn...
Neo doesn't need a redesign by the way, she's already the most beautiful girl in RWBY for me, (besides her pant getting torn a bit if you call that a little touch to her design).

Did you see her every cell screaming inside??? WAHHHHHH...😭😭😭😭😭😭 I was hoping that they made the scene longer by five seconds because Cinder broke the mood and had so little pity to contribute, saying it she had no time for "misplaced blame", while adding "girl???" Is Cinder so old compared to Neo to call her that?
I do blame Cinder anyway...
My heart broke again (stop playing with mah heart RWBY!) at the expression that she showed, it was just a little twist to the face, but it was an emotion that ran so deep and it meant so dearly for the deceased Roman (let's just hope he's not dead?)
Safe to say, she really cared for him, and maybe as not just a "boss" as Cinder had called out, maybe "boyfriend" was more appropriate?
And well...it seems maybe she'd like to borrow Neo's abilities again?
Well, only more (12 minute!!!!) episodes will help us find out.
