Okay! This one is also shipped wahaha. If you ship this one, then you are disrupting some already famous RWBY ships. Seeing a half-naked Ren next to Jaune did it.

Jaune and Ren are close since Ren is the brother Jaune never had, it was hard growing up with seven sisters (I can't imagine that). Ren also felt the same way.

If you watched Season 4, maybe something really was UP. The time when they had to transport a wounded Qrow and split up? Was I the only one whose heart jumped when they hugged?
Jaune hugged Ren but I have never seen Ruby hug him. Nora had some so, but never I though with Jaune.
Jaune chose to hug Ren at that time, he didn't even say much to Nora!
