Darry's POV
"Dallas, let's go check the park. you know the water fountain." I said out of breath. Dallas took off sprinting. He's a bad boy but sure has feelings for my sister. I wasn't really too thrilled that they liked each other, especially since they are three years apart, but I know he will always protect her. And if he doesn't his heads getting kicked in. I was lagging behind when we arrived at the park
"Nooo" I heard Dallas's voice echo. My pace became a sprint.
"Darry, go to her" he pointed to Anna's limp wet body by the fountain.
"ANNA" I kneeled down by her bloody body
"Darry?" she crested my face than shut her eyes.
"Anna? Anna please wake up" I cried hard, I didn't even cry at mom and dad's funeral. I need my baby sister. Dallas army crawled over to me.
"She still has a light pulse. Go get her to the hospital." He coughed
"Dal, you have to come too" I pleaded.
"I'll never make it" he put his head down.
"SODAPOP!" I screamed. We were pretty close to the house. We needed the whole gang here. I picked up Anna and put dally around my shoulder. My sister was pretty light but Dallas wasn't. Soon my pick up truck stopped. Everyone had teary eyes. Sodapop jumped out of the drivers seat and grabbed Anna.
"Darry I'm putting her in the bed with Dallas. I'll sit back here with them." I nodded and handed them over. Steve helped him get them in the back. I made sure they were good before I drove off. We weren't far from the hospital so it won't take long to get their. I just couldn't get the sight of my sisters defeated look out of my mind.
Sodapops POV
I laid my sister and Dallas in the bed of the truck. "Soda?" dal whispered.
"It's me" I said back.
"Is Anna alright?" I frowned and tears prickled in my eyes.
"I don't know buddy" Dallas turned his head and saw her pale body.
It was dark but not too dark to see Dallas grab my sisters hand as we drove off.

Awe dal and Anna! ship ship ship. I just hope they make it.
