Jimin's POV

"Remember when you fell off your bike trying to do an 'amazing trick' but landed on your face instead?" My stomach hurt from laughing so as Wonwoo and I shared memories we had with each other.

"That rock came out of nowhere I swear!" He justified looking flustered.

I laughed even more at his reaction. He hasn't changed one bit.

It had been a month since he admitted that he still loves me and ever since then we stopped ignoring each other... sort of. Every now and then I would text him or he would text me and to meet at the rooftop. We would talk until the lunch break was over then back to ignoring each other around school. His friends knew because they came to the rooftop one day and found us quarrelling about who was meaner when we were together.

"Do you love me back?" He wiggled his eyebrows. It was obvious he just wanted to change the subject.

I hit him. "Stupid, of course I love you... as a friend." That's what we decided to be.

He clutched his chest as if he was dying. "Stop leading me on." He said dramatically.

I hit him again. "You still owe me an explanation mister. Why did you break up with me?" I tried to sound as jokingly as possible but I still wanted to know.

I watched as his face grew serious. "Jimin-ah I know the way I did it was wrong but I was just so... angry. So much happened and I just..." He looked away from me. "I just- there are things I can't tell you, I'm sorry."

There was no point trying to bring up the past again, so I decided to let it go. "Whatever it was, I'm sure you had your reasons." I put a hand over his. "Just don't leave me again alright? I'm here for you."

He looked back at me and smiled a sad smile. "Thank you."

Jia's POV

Walking out of the school buildings and into the the fresh air felt like heaven. Today was probably the hardest my team and I had worked for our act coming up in just over a week. We had finished writing our whole act and all we had to do now was practice, practice, practice until it was performance ready.

"Are you guys excited to perform!" Minghao was jumping around as we made our way to the school gates, ready for the weekend.

"How does this kid still have energy?" Jungyeon whispered to me.

I smiled. "That's Minghao for you."

Seokmin grabbed Minghao and made him stay still. "Why don't we all go out to eat tonight?" He suggested.

"Sorry kids I've got somewhere to be." Seungcheol announced. "I'll see you all next week." He left without another word.

Seokmin pouted. "He's always too busy for us these days. But oh well, his loss. Hansol?" Seokmin went over and put an arm over him.

Vernon nodded. "Sure."

"Yes!" Seokmin put his fist up in the air. "Minghao, Jia, Jungyeon?"

We couldn't resist saying no to our happy virus.

"Let's get pizza!" He said jumping for joy.

Jungyeon laughed beside me. "This boy so cheerful all the time, it must be nice to have a normal life."

Seeing a rich girl like Jungyeon be envious of a normal (kind of) boy like Seokmin was a sight to see. But I understood why. Through these past few weeks Jungyeon and I got close. It was nice to have a girl to hang out with at school. We talked about things girls talked about, something's I can't even mention to the guys. She told me about her arranged marriage with Jeon Wonwoo, which I had not had the heart to tell my sister about.
