Jungyeon's POV
Living with Wonwoo was not so bad. He was neat and tidy. He was helpful, especially when I needed to reach things. He was, to my surprise, kinda smart. We often did homework together and he would help me with writing long essays. He knew when I needed time to myself. He knew when I needed cheering up. He knew how to be a good friend.
We never slept together in the same room. We claimed separate ones but when our parents came to visit we would mess up the master bedroom a bit, leaving our belongings, snacks and books everywhere randomly.
I played with the ring Wonwoo gave me. Junhui, how are you doing? Are you safe? Have you eaten? What are you doing right now? Are you thinking of me? Do you miss me as much as I miss you?
"You okay?"
I felt a nudge snapping me back into reality. I had been staring at the Christmas tree for god knows how long.
"I'm sure he misses you too," Wonwoo smiles placing another wrapped gift under the 3 metre high tree. As tall as it was, it still could not graze the ceiling, not even close.
"Are you a mind reader now?" I joked.
"Duhhh," he says posing like a teenage girl.
I laugh, shaking my head at him.

Wonwoo and I both walk out of the lounge and into the front area. Standing outside our door were the twins, the step brothers, my cousin and the smart maknae.
Jeonghan breathed onto the glass door and drew a heart onto the fogged up surface.
I pretend to gag at him then gestured for everyone to come in.
They all enter shivering but took their scarves, jackets, gloves and earmuffs off as they made their way into the lounge.
"Your tree is beautiful," Jia gasps as she admires it's blue, silver and glass ornaments.
"Not as beautiful as you!" Hansol shouts from across the room.
"Thanks!" Jimin, who was standing right beside him shouts back.
Hansol clutches his ears.
"Yeah that's right don't shout across the room, idiot," she rolls her eyes.
"Enough children," Jeonghan sing-song's. "Everyone put the presents under the tree and let's eat." He starts walking to the kitchen.
"I. Am. Star-ving." Mingyu over pronunciates every word.
Everyone follows the boys to the kitchen as the bell rings again.
"Mind getting that? I'll set the tables," Wonwoo says to me.
"Sure," I walk out to the front in confusion. We didn't invite anyone else, did we?
A slim tall figure had their back to the door. In their hand was a stereo and massive white cards.
I open the door, "hello?"
The figure turns around.
I gasp, tears were already filling up my eyes.
"Who is it?!" I hear multiple people shout from the kitchen.
Junhui puts a finger over his lips then reveals the first card.
say it's carol singers
"It's carol singers!" I shout back.
Junhui smiles and puts the stereo down. He presses the play button and Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas starts to play. He then steps back and reveals the second card.
