The next two years of Elsie's life were the most hectic in her opinion. Elsie had managed to sell her house and stables to none other than Thomas Shelby, he and his fiancé and son had moved in there and Tommy had found a suitable property for Elsie, a place closer to Birmingham.

Elsie barely saw anyone from Birmingham, she saw Tommy, John and Arthur the most as they helped Tommy move in. Elsie had invited Michael and Isaiah around a few times and the two boys even spent both of her birthdays together. They always asked if she'd want to see Finn but she couldn't bear it, not after she was rude to him at the races.

Elsie also didn't want to admit that she missed him so much it pained her to even think of him. Now, after those two years, she had came to realise that she truly liked Finn but now she couldn't even consider him a friend since she had ignored him for so long.

Elsie was in her smaller house, it was still big compared to the ones in Small Heath but it had seven spacious bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a small library and office, a large kitchen and dining area, a mini bar within it. She adored her new house and she definitely preferred it to her mansion-like house she owned before.

Her favourite part of her house was the amount of land she had acquired with it. She had hired people to build a twenty-horse stable for her and she started having her go at breeding horses, she still had her own horses and trained others but she felt like she had to do something or she'd go numb with boredom.

On her land she also had gotten a house to be built for Roland and his family. His wife worked as a maid for Elsie and a helper in the stables and his children enjoyed being around the horses too.

A knock at her door broke Elsie out of her trance and she walked over to it and smiled widely as she saw Thomas Shelby standing there, "Tommy! I haven't seen you in months" Elsie said, hugging the man.

"You've grown taller and you look more beautiful" he said, Elsie blushed and shushed him playfully.

"What brings you here Tommy? You deciding to buy another racehorse?" Elsie questioned, grabbing a bottle of whiskey from her liquor cabinet and pouring them both a drink.

"No, it's not that. I'm here to invite you personally to my wedding" he said and Elsie smiled.

"You and Grace are finally getting married, when is it?" She questioned, congratulating the man.

"It's in two weeks" Tommy said, "you'll come, right?"

"Of course I will, why wouldn't I?"

"You and Finn" Thomas said, "I thought you two were getting on really well and after Epsom you were gone, Finn was borderline crying, he was so mad at himself, he turned to Tokyo. What happened at Epsom?"

"You told him to keep an eye on me, he left me alone in the middle of the crowd and he didn't tell me where he was going or what he was doing!" Elsie exclaimed before calming herself down, "I got mad at him for leaving me and I went home with Roland."

"Wow, just, when you next see him, make up, you two were best friends and I don't want you two to drift any further apart. Can you do that for me?"

"Fine, I'll make up with Finn w only because it's your wedding. I'm going to class this as your wedding gift" She joked the last part.

"Thank you Elsie" he smiled and they hugged.

"While you're here, do you want to see my new foals? Paint had hers a month ago and another one was born last night by one of my newer horses"

Elsie felt as if she was more nervous than Grace was at the wedding. She wore an expensive dress and got driven up to the venue by Roland, who acted as a chauffeur. As she was slightly late, she had to sit on the end of the row, she was fine with this though as Isaiah was there and made room for her to sit with him.
