Finn walked down the stairs after sorting everything he needed at the shop. "Finn, come here" his head perked up once he heard his brother, he turned and walked closer to him, "how was your day?" He questioned, placing down the piece of paper which was in his hands onto the table.

"Yeah, it was ok" Finn said nonchalantly.

"Good man. Well done. No trouble?" Tommy asked.

"No" Finn shook his head, "no trouble" he confirmed.

"And she looked after you?" Tommy questioned.

Finn rolled his eyes before looking down, "I don't want it like that again, Tom. Not when they don't even want to do it, except for the money"

"Everything's for the money, Finn" Tommy told him.

"Yeah, I know" Finn quickly replied, he then added, "Elsie walked in and I stopped. I went after her and when I came back the lady told me to "be a man"".

"And were you a man?"

"Yeah. But then I apologised to her, cos she just looked so tired and then I felt guilty because Elsie walked in."

"Sit down, Finn" Tommy told the boy with a sigh. Finn did as he was told. "Now listen to me, Finn. She was right. You need to be a fucking man"

"People get tired. Working in the factory gets you tired. I don't go around apologising. Do I?" Tommy then told him.

"No" Finn replied simply and quietly.

"There's an empty space here to be filled. Do you understand?"

"Yeah"

"So, be a fucking man"

"Ok, Tom" Finn got up to leave but turned around as he reached the door, "what about Elsie? I feel bad for fucking that whore and that she saw us"

"She'll get over it" Tommy waved him off.

"But, Tom. You don't get it" Finn said pushing himself off of the door.

"What don't I get?"

"I think I-" Finn bit his lip, debating whether or not to say it, Tommy gave a 'carry on' sort of look, so he finished his sentence, "love her, I love Elsie"

Tommy gave another deep sigh, "you're only allowed to apologise to her. After that, stop apologising and be a man. Now go" Tommy waved him off again and this time he actually left.

Elsie woke up to the familiar pounding in her head. She opened her eyes fully and looked at her surroundings and realised she was in a stranger's house. She looked down at her self and realised she was only in her underwear.

Panic spread through her body, where the fuck was she? She raced to get her clothes on and without a second glance back, she left the building quietly. Luckily no one was on the street and couldn't see Elsie take the walk of shame back to Finn's house. She remembered what happened with him and she really didn't want to face him but she had to collect her stuff from there.
