It wasn't until later on that day that all of the women got to see the men. They all were having dinner at Charlie's yard and they got escorted there by guards. Elsie made her way next to Finn, who had saved a seat for her.

"Hey" she greeted, sitting down next to him and turning to face him.

"Hey" he smiled.

"What did Tommy get you to do?" Elsie questioned.

"I just had to go with Curly" Finn said, half lying.

"You got to go on the canal?" Elsie said, her eyes brightening.

"Yeah" Finn laughed slightly at her expression.

"That's so cool" Elsie smiled, "I've never been on a canal boat before"

The gathering went on for hours, drinking, eating, chatting, and at the first sign of rain Finn and Elsie went back home, not wanting to get soaked.

"What were you really doing for Tommy, you got on a canal boat with Curly, for what?" Elsie questioned curiously as they were sat on the sofa, warming up by the fire.

"The bodies that Aberama Gold and his men shot, we got rid of them" Finn then sighed, "I really need to stop telling you things, Tommy'll kill me one day for it"

"I just hate feeling left out, you're always gone working for Tommy, I'm stuck here, I want to actually do something whilst I'm here, especially now I'm not allowed home"

"I'm sure you could work with the other women taking bets-" Finn saw the disgusted look on her face, "or maybe not. You miss working with the horses, don't you?"

"I do, I miss Paint, little Finley, Holly and Hellion, and even the client horses. Plus I've now got Esme's two dogs"

"You've got Esme's dogs? How?" Finn asked curiously.

"I saw her as I was going to go into the hospital, she told me what she was planning and then she told me that I can have her dogs, well, I basically asked her if I can have them" Elsie admitted, "now look who's telling everything that they weren't meant to say to others." Elsie threw her hands up in defeat, "I get it off of you, I swear" Elsie said accusingly pointing at Finn.

"Are you sure I don't get it off of you?" Finn joked.

Finn and Elsie were walking down the street as Elsie had to get more food for the house. It had been a couple days since Elsie stepped foot out of the house and she was glad that Finn was with her. As they were walking back down the street towards their house, they heard a gun shot, as if it was instinct, he pulled Elsie closer to him, and looked around, no one was there, though his eyes honed in on Arthur's house.

A door burst open, "Finn?" Tommy said, coming out from his house.

"It came from Arthur's house" Finn said, pointing to the house in question.

Tommy banged on the door and Linda came over calmly and let him in the house, Tommy pushed past her without a second glance or a greeting.

"Finn, what happened?" Elsie questioned.

"Well, it must've been Arthur who fired it" Finn said looking towards the building, Tommy came out and went over to the pair.

"Finn, you're in charge of the betting shop today, go there now. Elsie, do whatever"

"Great" Elsie said, rolling her eyes. "I don't feel like going to the betting shop right now, I'll see you later Finn" she told him, kissing his cheek and going towards the house.

Elsie decided that she'd go over to see Finn at the betting shop since she got bored of sitting around the house doing nothing and she knew around this time it's around closing time but Finn would still be in the office. Elsie walked over to the building with a bottle of wine for them to share, she opened the door and heard soft moans coming from one of the offices, Elsie was confused as she looked around and didn't see Polly, Lizzie or Linda anywhere. The only other person who should be there is Finn.

Elsie heard Finn's voice moan from the room and she dropped the wine bottle in shock, she was frozen, she didn't know what to think. She thought that Finn liked her, as she liked him.

She heard a scrambling to get clothes on and Finn looked out of the door and saw that it was Elsie. Dread filled him as he realised what he'd just done. Elsie bolted out of the building, tears welling up in her eyes, a feeling of betrayal filled her chest.

"Elsie! Stop!" Finn ran down the street and grabbed her arm, his shirt just thrown on, not even buttoned up, he wasn't even wearing any shoes. "Elsie, it didn't mean anything to me" he said desperately, trying to get her to face him.

"It's okay, Finn. I don't care if you fucked that whore. We weren't a couple in the first place" Elsie said coldly and bitterly, not looking into his eyes.

"Then why're you crying if you don't care?" He asked before he could stop himself.

"Because I fucking love you Finn Shelby but you've gone and fucked it up." She ripped her arm away from him and sprinted down the road, she didn't care where she went but as long as it was away from him.

Elsie ended up at the Garrison as she thought that was the best place to drown out her sorrows. She drank several glasses of whiskey and she began feeling the confident effect it placed on her. She started dancing as the music played and she noticed a familiar face walk into the pub. "Isaiah!" She shouted excitedly, pulling him into a hug and then planting a firm kiss on his lips. He froze when her lips touched his, he pushed her back slightly.

"Elsie what was that for?" He questioned, his voice was slightly slurred so he was a bit drunk already "I thought you and Finn-"

"He's currently fucking some whore and I don't care" Elsie said, "we were never together"

"So, he wouldn't mind if I kissed you back?" Isaiah asked and Elsie shook her head, they locked in another kiss.

Soon both of them were extremely drunk, Isaiah was leading a wobbly Elsie into his house, nobody was around and nobody had seen them as they entered his house. When they got inside they kicked off their shoes, Isaiah gently pushed Elsie up against the wall, kissing up from her exposed collarbone and he sucked on her neck, enjoying the cute moans which escaped her mouth.

After their amorous activities he lowered a shaky-legged Elsie to the floor and she walked over and grabbed her underwear from the floor and threw them on as Isaiah washed up and took his clothes upstairs.

Isaiah came back and kissed her deeply, lying her down on the sofa. Gently making out before he pulled away and left her where she was on the sofa. Not that she minded as she quickly drifted off to sleep.
