"Smile at the obstacle for it is a bridge."
—————

EVERY DELICATE STEP HE TOOK MADE HIS OWN BREATH HITCH. Little Jimin was soaring his arms in the sky, small lips stretching into a grin as his eyes carefully watched his own feet dance on top of the cold ledge. With the calm waves at the bottom of the bridge, fear was nowhere to be seen as the little boy continued to play, unaware with the consequences of his action; for he is too young to know what they are.

Young Jimin wondered, what would happen if he jump. Even if with his undying curiosity, he was trying his best to keep his balance on the ledge, for he does not want to get his mom upset. Arms both lifted in a straight lane, knees trembling and feet trying to keep itself steady. The scared yet fascinated little boy giggled and giggled, amused.

But that didn't last long when he heard the familiar voice of his mother gasping. Her eyes widened, disturbed and messy locks covering parts of her face, beads of sweat trailing from her forehead down to her cheek. She hurriedly grabbed the boy with cautious steps, kissing his little forehead with love and worry as tears sprouted from her tired eyes,

"You made me worry." She said, breath uneven and her voice sobbing for her son's life.

"I know mom." His mother smiled, giving her son a meaningful gaze adored with love. Her son raised his pinky finger and showed it to his mother, she smiled and intertwined both of their pinky fingers as their thumbs meet, a mother finally finding her lost son, two bloods uniting once again.

"Mom, promise me." Little Jimin proclaimed. "Do not ever leave me."

"Yes," She kissed her son's forehead, warm brown eyes tightly closing. "I promise."

"Mommy won't leave you."
