It's been another weeks. Emma still doesn't remember anything from her life. She loves her son more than anything and didn't know it was possible to love that much. Regina she was growing strong feelings for. Today Regina had to go into he office to do an hours work before taking the rest to the hospital with her. Emma was just sat with Alex in her hospital bed.

"Mummy" Alex says looking up at her.

"Yeah kid" she responds while looking down at him.

"Do... do you remember who I am" he asked softly as he looked at her.

"No but I know who you are and I love you. I'll remember who you are soon though ok" Emma says smiling.

"When"

"I don't know yet. I promise soon. Your my little man and I will always be your mum"

"I love you mu... Mummy" he says with a smile.

Emma smiled back brightly and kissed his little nose. He giggled and Emma held him closer.

"I love you too little man. Always will" Emma smiled.

Regina was stood in the doorway. She saw how well Emma was with Alex even though she doesn't remember.

"Hey mummy" Regina says smiling.

Emma and Alex looked up. They both smiled happily to see her. Regina giggled at there unison and walked over.

"Mamma" he asked excitedly says.

Regina picked him up and kissed his cheek. She sat him on her hip and smiled brightly. Even though she was only gone an hour he missed her so much.

"You been good for mummy" she asked.

"Yeah. Super good"

"How you feeling" Regina asked now looking at Emma.

"Alright thanks. Mum will be back in a second. Can I talk to you outside when she comes"

"Are you allowed out of bed now"

"Yeah. Just not too much since my leg is still bad"

"Of course you can. Alex can you show mummy your ABC like you learnt in school yesterday" Regina asked as she sat on the chair.

"Yeah! A B C D E F G H I J K L N P M O" he starts before looking confused.

"No sweetie. Remember M N O P" Regina says with a giggle.

"Ow silly billy" he says as he held his hand on his head and shook it.

Emma and Regina giggled at how cute he is. Diana then walked in and smiled at Regina.

"Hey. How was work" Diana asked.

"Alright I guess. They just needed me to cheek the room was looking good and the plans are right" Regina shrugged. She stood up and handed ale to her. "Can you watch him will me and em talk"

"You want me to go outside" Diana asked.

"No thanks mum. I need to walk"

Emma stood up slowly and walked to Regina. She had to be careful she didn't fall over but could walk fine. They left the room and stood outside.

"So what's up" Regina asked.

Emma cupped her cheek and kissed her. She knew she had strong feelings for this woman and couldn't help herself. Regina held herself up close to Emma and deepened the kiss. The blonde then opened her eyes fast and pulled away shocked.

"Ow my god" she says looking down.

"What's wrong" Regina quickly asked worried.

"I remember. I remember you. I remember Alex. Regina Maria Mills. That's you. I remember everything" Emma says smiling brightly.

"You do? Ow Emma" Regina says smiling brightly.

"Gina. I love you baby. Your still super hot" Emma says holding Regina's hips.

"Yep your definitely back. I've missed you"

They both laughed and leaned in to kiss again. Regina held Emma close and couldn't believe she had her girl back. Emma pulled away and went down on one knee.

"Wanna get married" Emma says smirking.

"I've had better proposals than wanna get married. You know I'm gonna say yes em" Regina laughed with a smile.

Emma stood up and hugged her tight. She heard almost every word Regina said while in the coma and knew she wanted to get married.
