The Light at the End of the Tunnel ||Bakugou x Reader

Date??

Karma's P.O.V.

"So what is this a date?" Bakugou asked.

I thought about it, "I guess. Yeah."

Let me back up a bit. Bakugou and I were sitting in class. Normal day. But Today we had training again before the sports festival next week. I stayed close to Bakugou all day. I don't know why but I did.

"Bakugou~ let's go to the Cafè and arcade after school!" I suggested.

"I don't fucking care." Bakugou has always had the "I-don't-care-about-anything" type of attitude around other people. Kirishima was watching us and laughed.

I looked at him and he watched a Bakugou went up into flames about "shitty hair". I was holding back my laughter. I couldn't hold it in anymore and burst out laughing, Bakugou turned Around, slightly red in the face and grabbed my wrist, dragging me away.

"Why are you laughing?"  Bakugou asked curiously, dragging me out of my thoughts. 

"No reason. LOOK THE ARCADE!!" I know I must've sounded like a child but I was too god damn excited. I have only gone to an arcade once in my life. That's today.

"Geez. Calm down," he ordered.

I pouted, "Sorry. It's my first time at an arcade."

Bakugou was shocked. He grabbed my hand and we walked inside the arcade. I was jumping up and down, Katsuki put his hand on my head to hold me still.

My eyes shined. I couldn't contain myself.

"Hey. Can you calm down? I have some tokens for the games. If you calm down we can play some of the games." he stated. I looked at him, slowly claimed myself and he took my hand in mine. "Good. What do you want to play first?"

I pointed to a shooting game. "That one." Katsuki nodded and we walked over to the game, inserted the tokens and started playing.

"How'd you win more tickets than me!?" he exclaimed. I shrugged. To be honest the game was easy.

I grabbed my tickets and shoved them in my pocket. Katsuki grabbed my hand again, dragging me to the UFO and Claw machines.

We walked around that section for a few minutes and I found myself staring at the fluffy and squishy wolf plush. Katsuki walked over to it and pulled me with him, inserting the two coins needed.

He moved the claw to line up with the plush and then looked at the side to make sure it was back far enough. Once it was lined up he pressed the bottom to dropped the claw. It grabbed it, picked it up and brought it over the shoot then it dropped and Katsuki opened the shoot. Grabbing the wolf plush, he handed it to me.

My face heated up as I took the plush him and he smirked. I hugged the plush close and rubbed my face into it. Katsuki smiled. We used the rest of the tokens on silly games. We won all of them with lots of tickets.

We were leaving and I looked at him out of the corner of my eye. He was smiling slightly.

"T-Thanks..." I glanced at him over the top of the plush. His eyes widened and turned away from me. I put my hand in his as we walked down the street to my home.

"We should do this again. It was my first time at an arcade and being with you just made it better." I told him.

He looked at me when we stopped at the door to my house. I gave him a look asking if he was staying and he nodded. I opened the door. We both walked in and I noticed he was still holding my hand.

"Um...Katsuki?" he hummed in response. I noticed how warm his hands were. He looked at me then unclasped our hands.

"What time is it?" he mumbled to himself. "5:33"

He sat down on the couch in the living room, grabbed the remote and I followed.

"Movie?" He gestured the Netflix app on my TV as I sat down next to him. I nodded and he picked a random movie to watch.

We weren't even halfway done with the movie and I felt my eyes growing heavy and I started to nod off. 'Fuck it.' I thought as I drifted to sleep.

Bakugou's P.O.V.

This movie was somewhat funny but still stupid. After getting frustrated with the movie and it's stupid plot twists I felt a lightweight on my shoulder. Looking over I found that Karma had fallen asleep.

I grab the remote, turn off the T.V. then lay down pulling Karma with me so she was comfortable. Her head was on my chest with the rest of her between my legs. Every once in awhile I would feel her arm or leg twitch and her face would sadden.

"What are you dreaming about?" I whisper, with my left hand playing with her hair and my right rubbing circles on her back, keeping her calm.

"H...he..lp...me!" She gasped, her eyes began to water. My eyes widened.
